Objective:through clinical retrospective cohort study,intracerebral hemorrhage in vivo and in vitro experiments,to preliminarily explore the efficacy of intracerebral hemorrhage formula in the treatment of intracerebral hemorrhage and the mechanism of intracerebral hemorrhage formula on inflammatory response after intracerebral hemorrhage,so as to provide clinical and experimental basis for the study of intracerebral hemorrhage formula.Methods:Using the method of retrospective cohort study,the control group and observation group were established.The hematoma volume,neurological function evaluation,ability of daily living,overall curative effect and safety indexes of the two groups were observed and compared 2.By establishing rat intracerebral hemorrhage model,set normal group,model group,intracerebral hemorrhage formula low-dose group,intracerebral hemorrhage formula medium-dose group and intracerebral hemorrhage formula high-dose group,and compare the neurological function evaluation,brain tissue water content and inflammatory factor IL-1 of rats in each group β Expression.Result:Results:1.Compared with the control group,hematoma volume,neurological function recovery,daily living ability and clinical efficacy were improved in the observation group;There was no significant difference in safety index.2.In the animal experiment,compared with the normal group,the longa score of the model group increased;Compared with the model group,the longa score of rats in the low,medium and high dose groups of intracerebral hemorrhage formula decreased significantly,and the middle dose group had the lowest score.Compared with the normal group,the brain tissue of the model group showed obvious swelling,and a large number of red blood cells and inflammatory cells could be seen under the microscope;Compared with the model group,the swelling degree of brain tissue and the invasion of inflammatory cells in the low,medium and high dose groups of intracerebral hemorrhage formula were significantly improved.Compared with the normal group,the water content of brain tissue in the model group increased significantly;Compared with the model group,the water content of brain tissue in the low,medium and high dose groups of intracerebral hemorrhage formula decreased in turn;Compared with the normal group,IL-1 in brain tissue of model group β The expression of was significantly increased;Compared with the model group,IL-1 in brain tissue of rats in low,medium and high dose groups of intracerebral hemorrhage formula β The expression of protein decreased in turn;3.In cell experiment,compared with normal group,the expression of IL-1β,NLRP3,ASC and Capase-1 in microglia of model group was increased;Compared with model group,the expressions of IL-1β,NLRP3 and ASC in low,medium and high dose groups of Naochuxue Recipe decreased;The expression of Capase-1 decreased in the medium-dose and high-dose groups,while no obvious abnormality was found in the low-dose group.Conclusion:1.Intracerebral hemorrhage formula can promote the absorption of hematoma in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage,improve the neurological deficit and quality of life in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage,and improve the overall curative effect.2.Intracerebral hemorrhage radiotherapy can reduce the neurological deficit and brain edema in rats with intracerebral hemorrhage;It also regulates the inflammatory factor IL-1 in rat brain by inhibiting the production of inflammatory corpuscles in rat microglia βExpression.
