The Combination Characteristics Of "Treatise On Blood Syndrome Theory" In The Treatment Of Blood Syndrome Formula

Objective:This topic takes the prescriptions for treating blood syndrome in the original text of Treatise on Blood Syndrome Theory as the research object,and summarizes the medication and composition compatibility of the prescriptions for the treatment of blood syndrome in Treatise on Blood Syndrome,so as to provide a certain literature reference basis for clinical treatment of blood syndrome.Methods:By means of literature research,350 prescriptions for the treatment of blood syndrome were collected,screened and sorted out in the original text of Treatise on Blood Syndrome Theory.Input the sorted prescription in the order of name and composition by using Word 2016;use Excel 2016 to input the name and composition of each drug,and establish a basic data table,in which the drugs appearing were counted as 1,and those not appearing were counted as 0.For the sorted prescriptions for the treatment of blood syndrome,Excel2016 was used to analyze the frequency of drugs and the analysis of drug properties,flavors and meridians;using SPSS 23.0,cluster analysis was performed on high-frequency drugs.For the collected prescriptions of bleeding syndrome and blood stasis syndrome,excel2016 was used to analyze the drug frequency,and SPSS modeler 18.0 was used to analyze the association rules for the drugs with a frequency of use of more than or equal to 10 in the prescriptions of bleeding syndrome and more than or equal to 5 in the prescriptions of blood stasis syndrome.Results:1.Among the 350 prescriptions for treating blood syndrome,the top five high-frequency drugs were licorice root,Chinese angelica,white peony root,ginseng,and rehmanni a root in descending order.In the statistics of four Qi,warm drugs were used the most frequently;In the statistics of five flavors,the use frequency of sweet drugs was the highest;In the statistics of drug meridians,the main ones are lung meridians and spleen meridians.Three groups of drug combinations were obtained by cluster analysis,Group 1:ginger,Chinese date,pinellia rhizome,ginseng,licorice root,scutellaria root,bupleurum;Group 2:Chinese angelica,white peony root,chuanxiong root,rehmannia root;Group 3:poria,white atractylodes rhizome.2.Among the 150 prescriptions for the treatment of bleeding syndrome,the top five high-frequency drugs are licorice root,Chinese angelica,white peony root,rehmannia root,and ginseng in descending order.In the obtained 26 groups of binomial association rules,the drug pair with the highest frequency is white peony root-Chinese angelica,and the drug pair with the highest confidence is astragalus root-Chinese angelica.Among the 15 groups of three association rules obtained,the drug groups with the highest frequency is rehmannia root,white peony root and Chinese angelica.A group of four association rules was obtained,namely chuanxiong root,rehmannia root,white peony root and Chinese angelica.3.Among the 100 prescriptions for the treatment of blood stasis syndrome,the top five high-frequency drugs are Chinese angelica,licorice root,peach kernel,chuanxiong root,and tree peony bark.Among the 3 5 groups of binomial association rules obtained,the most frequently used drug pairs are chuanxiong root-Chinese angelica,and the most confident drug pairs are safflower-peach kernel,pinellia rhizome-ginseng.3 6 groups of three association rules were obtained,and the most frequently used drug groups were 6 groups,namely,white peony root,chuanxiong root,Chinese angelica;white peony root,tree peony b ark,Chinese angelica;Chinese date,ginger,peach kernel;pinellia rhizome,Chinese date,ginseng;pinellia rhizome,ginger,ginseng;Chinese date,scutellaria root,ginseng.7 groups of four association rules were obtained,and the drugs were concentrated in 6 drugs:bupleurum,scutellaria root,pinellia rhizome,ginseng,ginger and Chinese date.Conclusion:1.Tang’s treatment of blood syndrome respects the method of harmony,and flexibly cut Xiaochaihu Decoction,commonly used Xi aochai hu Decoction plus schizonepeta,saposhnikovia root,perilla leaf,Chinese angelica,white peony root,etc.,to harmonize nutrient and defense,and treat bleeding syndrome caused by exogenous infection or exogenous infection after blood loss;the original formula is commonly used to treat hemorrhagic syndrome caused by liver and gallbladder constraint-fire;Xi aochaihu Decoction plus peach kernel and Chinese angelica are commonly used to treat blood stasis syndrome.2.Tang’s treatment of blood syndrome attaches great importance to qi and blood,also adjusts water and fire,and takes sweetness as the main flavor,cold as the main qi,and lung and spleen as the first meridian entry.,also likes to use Chinese angelica and skillfully uses rhubarb root and rhizome.3.Tang’s treatment of bleeding syndrome mainly focuses on harmonizing qi and blood,and using the " Siwu Decoction"combined with "Sijunzi Decoction" or "Sini Powder" flexibly.4.Tang’s treatment of blood stasis syndrome mainly focuses on rectifying qi and invigorating blood,chuanxiong root and Chinese angelica are often used in combination with peach kernel,rhubarb root and rhizome and other products for invigorating blood and dissolving stasis to invigorate blood without hurting blood.Xiaochaihu Decoction is also often used in combination with peach kernel,Chinese angelica and other products for invigorating blood and dissolving stasis,and qi movement leads to blood movement.
