| BackgroundDepression is a common mood disorder.Its clinical symptoms focus on the self experience of depressive mood.In recent years,the incidence of depression is becoming younger and younger.Depression is closely related to personality and has a certain personality tendency,which is the result of personality development.Personality has innate genetic factors,and is also influenced by acquired rearing styles,life events and other aspects.In persuasion,there is a saying that "born with one voice,long and different customs,teaching makes it natural".It can be seen that acquired factors have an important impact on the development and formation of human personality.Personality not only has its material basis of "form",but also plays its function through "God",and its influence on people is continuous.Traditional Chinese medicine psychology focuses on the process of personality development.It not only pays attention to the final personality,but also pays more attention to all aspects of development elements in the process of personality formation and the reasons affecting personality development elements.So clarifying the causes of abnormal personality development of depression is of great significance to the "prevention before disease" of depression and the psychotherapy of traditional Chinese medicine.Objective1.On the basis of theory,this paper constructs the theoretical model of the development of psychological personality system in traditional Chinese medicine,and puts forward the important role of personality development in childhood on the development of individual lifelong personality.2.Through the retrospective method,study the influence of external factors such as parenting style and life events on all aspects of personality development factors of patients with depression in childhood,and form the analysis diagram of action mechanism.3.Carry out clinical research by using tip external element adaptive training,and preliminarily explore its regulation on all aspects of childhood personality development of patients with depression.Method1.Construction of theoretical model for the development of psychological personality system in traditional Chinese Medicine Based on the theoretical basis,thinking method and the research on the development of psychological personality in traditional Chinese medicine,a dynamic three-dimensional model of the development of personality system is comprehensively constructed.2.Multi factor analysisA total of 330 patients with depression were collected this time,6 unqualified data were excluded,and 324 qualified data were included.External factors and childhood personality development of patients with depression were evaluated.The parenting style subscale and life events subscale of retrospective personality development scale were used to evaluate the subjects’ childhood punishment,severity,excessive intervention,doting,contradictory education,neglect of protection,within family,outside family and sexual experience.The internal factor subscale of retrospective personality development scale was used to evaluate the personality development in five aspects:thinking,ambition,self-knowledge,courage and human relations.Input and check the data,establish a qualified database,and use SPSS 26.0 for data analysis.The statistical methods mainly include correlation analysis,single factor analysis,forced and stepwise regression analysis,path analysis,etc.To analyze the impact and mechanism of various dimensions of external factors on childhood personality development of patients with depression.3.Single arm clinical trialA total of 33 patients with depression were included in the Single arm clinical trial.They were treated with TCM mind regulating therapy(tip)combined with external factor adaptive heart and brain training technology.Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)was used as the curative effect observation index,and retrospective personality development scale childhood Version(WMPI)was used to observe the personality development of patients with depression in childhood,To observe the improvement of symptoms and the regulation of childhood personality development of patients with depression by tip external element adaptive heart brain training technology.Result1.Evaluation of the influence of various dimensions of parenting style on different personality development in childhood of patients with depression.There was a significant positive correlation between the scores of childhood punishment,severity,excessive interference,doting,contradictory education and neglect of protection and the development of childhood thinking,will,self-knowledge,courage and human relations(0.177 ≤R ≤0.466),among which the correlation coefficient between excessive interference and thinking(r=0.466)and self-knowledge(r=0.464)was relatively high(P<0.05);Childhood rearing style subscale(all dimensions as a whole)was the influencing factor of t thinking,t self-knowledge,t will,t courage and T human relations in patients with depression(P<0.001).Childhood rearing style had the strongest influence on childhood thinking in patients with depression(R2=0.302),followed by self-knowledge(R2=0.291).2.Evaluation of the influence of various dimensions of life events on different personality development in childhood of patients with depression.There was a significant positive correlation between the scores of life events within the family,outside the family and sexual experience in childhood and the personality development of depression patients,such as thinking,ambition,self-knowledge,courage and human relations(0.162 ≤ R ≤0.353),among which the correlation coefficient between outside the family and courage(r=0.453)and self-knowledge(r=0.348)was relatively high(P<0.05);The childhood life events subscale(all dimensions as a whole)was the influencing factors of T self-knowledge,t courage,t thinking,T human relations and T will in patients with depression(P<0.001).The influence of childhood life events on childhood self-knowledge in patients with depression was the strongest(R2=0.129),followed by bile gas(R2=0.117).3.Screening of influencing factors of childhood personality development in patients with depression.Nine external factors were used as independent variables,and the childhood thinking,ambition,self-knowledge,courage and human relations of patients with depression were used as dependent variables a=Through multiple stepwise regression analysis at the level of 0.05,there are differences in external factors affecting all aspects of personality development:The main external factors affecting childhood thinking are:excessive interference,doting,severity,contradictory education,outside the family,ignoring protection;The main external factors affecting childhood will are:excessive interference,punishment,contradictory education,neglect of protection,doting and outside the family;The main external factors affecting childhood self-knowledge are:excessive interference,neglect of protection,outside the family,doting and punishment;The main external factors affecting childhood gall Qi are:excessive intervention,outside family,doting;The main external factors affecting childhood human relations are:excessive interference,doting and outside the family.4.The mechanism of external factors affecting childhood personality development of patients with depression.The results of path analysis show that excessive intervention,doting,neglect of protection,contradiction education,punishment,severity and external family have a direct impact on the childhood personality development of patients with depression.Excessive intervention,neglect of protection,contradiction education and punishment also have an indirect impact on the childhood personality development of patients with depression,while internal family and sexual experience have only an indirect impact on the childhood personality development of patients with depression.5.Analysis of the curative effect of TCM mind regulating therapy(tip)combined with external factor adaptive training in the treatment of patients with depressionThe clinical results showed that the total effective rate was 81.82%12 weeks after treatment,of which 7 cases were cured(21.21%),11 cases(33.33%),9 cases(27.27%)effective and 6 cases(18.19%)ineffective.It shows that traditional Chinese medicine psychological calming and guiding therapy combined with external factor adaptive training is effective in the treatment of depression.6.Analysis of the effect of tip external elements adaptive heart brain training on childhood personality development of patients with depressionThe results of clinical research showed that the P values of punishment,severity,excessive interference,doting,contradictory education,neglect of protection,internal family,external family and sexual experience were 0.750,0.889,0.621,0.056,0.526,0.891,0.612,0.568 and 0.707,respectively,P>0.05.After t-test analysis of personality development before and after treatment,the P values of thinking,will,self-knowledge,courage and human relations were 0.02,0.579,<0.001,0.012 and 0.559 respectively.There was significant difference in thinking,self-knowledge and courage(P<0.05)before and after treatment,which was statistically significant.There was no significant difference in will and human relations(P>0.05).It can be seen that the adaptive mind brain training of external factors can regulate the childhood personality development of patients with depression,which is manifested in three personality development aspects:thinking,self-knowledge and courage.Conclusion1.The development theory of psychological personality system in traditional Chinese medicine shows that childhood is the basis and important stage for individual personality development,which has clinical guiding significance and practical value.2.There are significant differences in personality development between patients with depression and normal people in childhood.3.The influence of parenting style on childhood personality development of patients with depression is significantly stronger than life events,in which excessive intervention and doting are the most important factors.4.All dimensions of parenting style have a direct impact on the childhood personality development of patients with depression,and life events only have a direct impact on the internal dimension of the family.5.TCM mind regulating therapy(tip)combined with adaptive training of external factors can improve the symptoms of patients with depression.Adaptive training of external factors can regulate the abnormal development of thinking,self-knowledge and courage in the elements of childhood personality development of patients with depression.6.The influence of external factors on childhood personality development of patients with depression can be used to guide family education and clinical psychotherapy of traditional Chinese medicine,and predict the direction of individual personality development. |
