| Chinese medicine theory of nature and flaour is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine,highlights the characteristics of Chinese medicine theory and also highly summarizes clinical diagnosis and treatment for prescription drug removal experience.Nature and flaour theory is also a concentrated expression of human interaction with the drug and summary results,the content of which is rich and complex.Creatively using the nature and flaour theory of traditional Chinese medicine hypotheses provided by Professor Haixue Kuang.With the corresponding "Chinese nature and flaour can be split and combined" mode is also provided,which is the first time to research on nature and flaour of drug pairs Stephania tetrandra and Poria.This is not only exploring the content of nature and flaour of drug pairs Stephania tetrandra and Poria,but also verifying scientific connation of nature and flaour of drug pairs Stephania tetrandra and Poria in different levels and aspects,which also develop the realization of theory and effectiveness of drug pairs Stephania tetrandra and Poria and enrich related knowledge to Chinese medicine.1.In this study,we selected the drug and the anti-myrtle,and examined the anti-seizure component(anti-polysaccharide,anti-alkaloid,anti-alkaloid)and compatibility with Poria,and selected the spleen deficiency Water deficiency model,kidney yang deficiency edema model,kidney yin deficiency syndrome model.To investigate the effects of the anti-tasting fraction and the combination of Poria on the three models of rats,and to evaluate whether the anti-seizure component can reflect the compatibility effect of the anti-Whether the attribution of the components is accurate,and the scientific connotation of "blindness"is clarified according to the change of the efficacy index.Based on the experimental results obtained from the previous research on the anti-self-contained pharmacological evaluation system,the author studied the anti-sexual taste from the traditional Chinese medicine research methods and modern science.The results showed that the"bitter taste" material base was alkaloid component;The "sesame" flavor base is a polysaccharide component and a non-alkaloid component.2.Through metabolism,energy metabolism and central nervous system neurotransmitter,the "split component","property "and" metabolism" are associated.Evaluate the medicinal properties on metabolism T3,T4,TSH,TRH,17-OHCS,cAMP,cGMP,PA,PDH,IUPAC,LDH,SDH,Na+-K+-ATP and central nervous system neurotransmitters 5-HT,DA,NE and AchE,which were assigned by promoting and inhibiting the body’s metabolic state.It is clear that the nature is cold and flat,the function of cold is to inhibit the metabolism and reflect the energy metabolism,alkaloid component is the material basis,while non-alkaloid and polysaccharide component are material basis of flat.In summary,new hypotheses of nature and flaour has been combined with the corresponding research model,property and taste of drug pairs Stephania tetrandra and Poria to verify and practices.Establish nature and flaour pharmacology evaluation system and evaluate and assign the taste and property of drug pairs Stephania tetrandra and Poria.The ideas and methods are standardized and scientific,and we can provide a reference for future studies of the same type. |
