In recent years,natural disasters occur frequently in the world.In particular,China's earthquake disasters in the past 20 years has shown an active situation,frequency and scale are greater than usual.After the earthquake,the emergency supplies,especially the emergency medicine,are the key materials to ensure the life safety of the injured and injured patients in the earthquake-stricken areas.If the emergency medicine is not delivered accurately and quickly to the disaster area,it may affect the treatment of sick and injured patients.The decision-making problem of dynamic supply and demand proper matching for medical emergency logistics studied in this paper mainly refers to predicting the demand for medical supplies in disaster areas and dynamically and efficiently allocating them through analyzing the influencing factors between the supply and demand of medicines,that is,solving the problem of "how much,when and how to allocate" for emergency medicines to achieve the matching between supply and demand.Due to the sudden and uncertain nature of earthquakes,the actual decision-making process becomes particularly difficult.In the initial stage of earthquake,the information of emergency medical demand in disaster areas is confused and incomplete,which increases the difficulty of demand prediction.However,the demand and allocation of post-disaster emergency medicine are extremely urgent,so it is necessary to make the supply and demand proper matching decision of medical logistics rapidly according to the time window sequence.At the same time,with the continuous advance of emergency rescue work,the disaster situation will also change,resulting in the original emergency medical proper matching decision can not adapt to the rapid change of demand,the need to adjust and refresh the proper matching decision in real time to deal with the update of earthquake site information.With regard to the above complex decision-making of supply and demand proper matching of emergency medical logistics,this paper has sorted out relevant domestic and foreign literatures and found that scholars have relatively few studies on the decision-making of emergency medical logistics,especially the lack of comprehensive and in-depth systematic research on the dynamic allocation of medical logistics.In this regard,the emergency medicine dynamic supply and demand proper matching decision proposed in this paper not only conforms to the actual earthquake relief situation,but also can more quickly and accurately allocate the medical supplies,and finally achieve the supply and demand proper matching.In emergency medicine logistics demand information completeness,configuration of time urgency and damage evolution dynamics of the three key issues,this paper takes right amount,timely,transportable,for the purpose of proper matching issues related to medical emergency logistics supply and demand is analyzed,considering the actual situation of supply and demand and the supply and demand of the earthquake emergency medicine proper matching characteristics,analyses the adapter scenario,selected the proper matching mode to multiple targets based on overall consideration stage collaborative proper matching mode to build adaptive decision model of supply and demand.Firstly,the demand prediction model of multi-source data fusion based on seismic disease spectrum is constructed to solve the problem of information completeness.Then,a decision model of supply and demand proper matching under the constraints of time window sequence is established to solve the problem of time urgency while realizing supply and demand proper matching.Finally,the rolling time window sequence is established,and the Bayesian decision theory is applied to comprehensively apply the historical information,field sample information and prediction information to establish the supply and demand dynamic proper matching decision model of medical emergency logistics to solve the dynamic problem of disaster evolution.Through the construction of the three models,the supply and demand matching of emergency medicine can be effectively realized.At the same time,based on the Wenchuan earthquake data,the demand prediction model,the series decision model of the time window of supply and demand proper matching and the dynamic decision model of supply and demand proper matching are simulated and analyzed.The simulation results show that the model proposed in this paper can effectively solve the problem of medical emergency logistics demand prediction,and obtain a scientific and reasonable decision-making scheme of medical emergency logistics dynamic proper matching.The decision scheme ensures minimum loss of proper matching utility and improves proper matching efficiency.In addition,through the rolling time window sequence,Bayesian decision theory and group refresh technology,the proper matching process is more consistent with the actual situation of the earthquake,real-time update to achieve the optimal decision,so as to maximize the effectiveness of the limited rescue medical supplies.Therefore,the study on the dynamic supply-demand proper matching decision of post-earthquake emergency medicine in this paper can provide a scientific and effective reference for earthquake rescue.Figure 53,table 44,reference 186.
