The richness and diversity of Tibetan medicine documents,the complexity and variability of Tibetan medicine prescriptions,the multi-dimensional and abstract nature of Tibetan medicine properties,and the increasing medical,educational,scientific research and other Tibetan medicine information have formed a huge amount of information resources,and various data bases have been built gradually,which have achieved fruitful results for the inheritance and innovation of Tibetan medicine.However,at present,the research on the modernization of Tibetan medicine is still in progress at the initial stage,there are scientific problems such as lack of innovation,lack of systematic and applied research,and outstanding research fragmentation.It is not difficult to realize that the above problems are mainly caused by the lack of close integration with methodology and computer,and the lack of information integration and utilization.Based on the existing theories and data,it is necessary to quote computing science and its methods.Therefore,this study proposes Information Platform of the "Prescription-Drug-Property-Effect",It is dedicated to the existing Tibetan medicine database and the algorithm and model that help to reveal the Tibetan medicine theory,providing scientific evidence for revealing the highly generalized theory and abstract concept of Tibetan medicine.MethodsBased on the Tibetan medicine disease database and prescription database,the Information Platform of the "Prescription-Drug-Property-Effect" was constructed with reference to vector structure,association rules,similarity algorithm and other methodologies,and 70 ancient books and documents were collected and collected to treat Grum-Bu disease.1902 clinical cases of Grum-Bu disease were obtained from 10 Tibetan hospitals,including Tibetan hospitals in Tibet Autonomous Region and Tibetan hospitals in Qinghai Province The information database for treatment of Gram-Bu disease is imported into Information Platform of the "Prescription-DrugProperty-Effect" for mining and analysis,mainly using historical time axis method,data mining,partial order structure,complex network and other methods,to analyze the inheritance history,etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome classification,combination rule of prescriptions and prescriptions,compatibility rule of prescriptions,drug combination mode,etc.of treatment of Grum-Bu disease.Target prediction is mainly through consulting relevant literature and TCMSP In the database of chemical book and so on,we searched the chemical components of the core prescription of 25 weilvxue pill,searched the gene targets related to the effective components of 25 weilvxue pill by using open Babel GUI,batman-tcm,Uni Prot and other software and databases,and the intersection target of "rheumatoid arthritis" was carried out in the database of DAVID 6.7 Enrichment analysis and KEGG pathway analysis were used to analyze the targets and components of the core nodes.Maestro 11.1 software was used to generate docking active sites with the original ligand as the center for molecular docking.Results1.Build Information Platform of the "Prescription-Drug-Property-Effect" The database of Tibetan medicine diseases includes 1616 diseases,including 2695 prescriptions,70 literatures and 1902 clinical medical records of Tibetan medicine in treating Gram-Bu disease.The database mainly includes vector structure model,Apriori algorithm,TF-IDF algorithm,Jaccard similarity algorithm,partial order knot,etc Construction algorithm,etc.The platform effectively processes Tibetan medicine information with Tibetan language as the theme,and the data inside and outside the platform can be analyzed directly,which improves the efficiency of Tibetan medicine information processing.2.The results of literature review and analysis: the theoretical system of diagnosis and treatment of grum-bu disease in Tibetan medicine is systematically recorded in the four medical books.In terms of the number of documents,in the process of inheritance,in the 17 th century AD,there are the most scholars and the highest historical peak of grum-bu disease in Tibetan medicine,followed by the 18 th century,with 70 articles,covering grum The etiology,pathogenesis,classification,symptoms and treatment of Bu disease have many kinds of classification,among which the most common are trem dkar,trem nag,sha trem,rus trem,rtsha trem,chu trem.In treatment,it has the principle of "removing disease first,removing yellow water and placement of essence balance for later".In addition to oral medication,there are also external therapies such as medicine bath,bloodletting and smearing;diarrhea,pulse diarrhea,etc.;hot donkey blood,old butter,cattle yogurt and other food therapies.This is of positive significance to reveal Tibetan medicine’s understanding and treatment of grum-bu disease.3.Analysis of clinical cases: 1902 effective clinical cases were obtained,including 1604 cases of trem dkar,accounting for 84.3% of the total patients,followed by trem nag and rtsha trem.Mkhal-vgrems-bar-rgyas(1414 times),pho-thsad(1078 times),tes-po(514 times),grangmkhris(453 times)and other diseases were the most common in complication.Among the prescriptions,25 flavor Lvxue pills(937 times),ruyi zhenbao pills(907 times),Wuwei Shexiang pills(878 times),Shiwei ruxiang powder(801 times),wugen powder(770 times),Wuwei shiliu powder(721 times),Shiwei Ruxiang powder(636 times)were the first.Association rules analysis showed that 25-flavor Lvxue pills – anzhi jinghua powder,wu gen powder and san huangshui powder,25-flavor Lvxue pills-anzhi jinghua powder-Wuwei shexiang pills and other formulas were strongly correlated,support 23.2% or more,the confidence level was more than 90.5%,and 25-flavor Lvxue pills was located in the core part of the network.According to the analysis of the regularity of time medication,renqingmangjue is the main drug in the morning,25 flavor Lvxue pills is the main drug in the morning,ruyi zhenbao pill is the main drug in the noon and 35 flavor Chenxiang pill is the main drug in the evening.In the external treatment,five kinds of wuwei ganlu yaoyu are the main treatment.According to the analysis of drug composition,the drug frequency of chebula,Phyllanthus emblica Linn,cardamom,nutmeg,safflower,woody fragrance,grass fruit,mahabula,clove and other components was the highest,with the occurrence rate ≥ 96.5,followed by the drug frequency of frankincense,sunflower,cassia seed,health,etc.,black seed grass seed,donkey blood,iron bar hammer and other components.According to the analysis of association rules,Liuwei Liangyao powder,Sanhuang Shuiyao powder and sanguotang powder have the strongest internal association,with support degree ≥ 80.9% and confidence degree ≥ 99.9%.4.Analysis of “ronus zhu rjes” cases: 81 high-frequency prescriptions were analyzed.The results showed that the average value of six tastes was 29:12:5:25:16:13,and the average value of post-digestive tastes was 34:12:54.Among the seventeen effects,the ratio of cooling effect,blunt effect,heavy effect and rough effect is the highest,and these drugs mainly come from the prescriptions of 25-flavor Lvxue pills,wugen powder,ruyi zhenbao pills and Wuwei Shexiang pills,among which the cooling effect and blunt effect to treat hot and sharp characteristic of mkhris-pa disease,the heavy effect to treat light characteristic of rlung disease,and the rough effect to treat flexible and sticky characteristic of bad-kan disease,which can be seen as the main treatment of grum-bu mkhris-pa attribute regulates both the properties of rlung and badkan.Treatment of grum-bu disease with core formula 25-flavor Lvxue pills by "donkey bloodcool,blunt – heat,sharp – mkhris pa",followed by "Bambusae Concretio Silicea-heavy-lightrlung","chebula-blunt-sharp – mkhris pa","Polygonum rosea,pterodendron,Gentiana flower,bashaga,chebula" – cool-heat – mkhris pa "and other combination modes of drug property,so as to mainly treat blood disease,yellow water disease,mkhris-pa disease,etc.,mainly through liver and gall and other visceral pathways.5.Results of network target prediction: 489 compounds related to 25 flavor Lvxue pills were retrieved,and 1720 potential targets were predicted in batman-TCM database.There are 340 related targets of grum-bu disease,78 overlapped targets are obtained after matched and de weighted,163 components of the overlapped targets are corresponding to each other,and the overlapped targets are in David 6.8 go and KEGG analysis showed that the effects of inflammation,positive regulation of RNA polymerase II promoter transcription,immune response,negative regulation of RNA polymerase II promoter transcription,and negative regulation of interleukin-6 mainly occurred in extracellular space,extracellular corpuscles and endoplasmic reticulum.Thirty nine pathways including rheumatoid arthritis(RA)and TNF signaling pathway were obtained,including FOS,IL6,CCL2,TNF,TNFSF11,IFNG,CXCL8,ITGB2,TLR4 and other proteins are distributed in the upper,middle and lower reaches of the pathway,which are the key targets of the pathway,and these targets are closely combined with 25 flavor Lvxue pills compound by hydrogen bond,π-π interaction,hydrophobic interaction and other ways,suggesting that Tibetan medicine may play a role in the treatment of grum-bu disease through this key pathway.Conclusions1.Based on the existing database and methodology,Information Platform of the "Prescription-Drug-Property-Effect" is constructed in this study.This platform can effectively complete the research of Tibetan medicine drug use law,literature collation and drug resistance,and provide a new platform for the scientific problems such as the unrecognizable Tibetan medicine information and the low efficiency of data processing.2.Tibetan medicine treatment of Grum-Bu disease has a long history,abundant literature and perfect theory.It has the pathogenesis cognition of "essence deposition-liver and gallbladder excess negative yellow water disorder",and "progressive disease treatment because of first,except yellow water,and placement of essence for later".3.the rule of clinical medication was obtained.The cold truth cloth was mainly composed of 25 weilvxue pills and the essence of placement.The main ingredients were 25 weilvxue pills and three fruit soup powder.The prescriptions were composed of Fructus massiae,Fructus codonis,Fructus Phyllanthus,frankincense,cassia seed,Abelmoschus manihot and so on.Chiba-Fever "is the main drug combination mode,so it has the rule of" regulating yellow middle rheumatoid arthritis pathway.The components of PTGS2,pla2g1 b,IL1B,Ces1,TNF and IL6 related to the pathway have high affinity and tight binding at the molecular biological level,and they can be treated by regulating inflammatory reaction,positive regulation of RNA polymerase II promoter transcription,immune response,etc Treatment of real brucellosis.Innovation points1.The disease database
