Objectives Acorrding to the theory of “Yin and Yang ball-eight classes and three-level structure models and the view of the efficacy of Chinese medicine force in this book, we conducted a quantification research on the mathematical laws of medicine.The objective of our reseach is to explore a new way to study traditional Chinese medicine and combine traditional Chinese medicine with Modern science and technology by using mathematical methods.Methods 1 By checking some relevant books,we analyzed the prescriptions in the spleen and stomach and get the data for the treatment of related diseases by using the theory of spleen and stomach aspect. 2 We build the database of the theory of spleen and stomach syndrome by mathematically analyzing the collected prescription data related to spleen and stomach.3 Explore the related regulation of prescriptions and syndromes particle of "spleen and stomach" in three dimensional space by quantified descripting the graphics with the the method of spatial location.Results 1 The law of clinical compatibility of TCM for treating spleen and stomach diseases was found and in the whole book, some of those drugs, whose frequency of occurrence was more than 20 times(not containing 20 times) were ginseng, dried tangerine peel, Cimicifuga, Atractylodes, astragalus and licorice.2 The prescription law followed by the drugs which accounted for 100% in the high frequency drugs in the fifteen prescriptions in the spleen and stomach were expressed quantitatively in a "Yin and Yang sphere class tertiary structure system mathematical model" and all these prescription particles located in the fifth or sixth quadrant of space.Conclusions 1 The compatibility law of the spleen and stomach prescription can be fully demonstrated.Ginseng, dried tangerine peel, Cimicifuga, Atractylodes, astragalus and licorice were the choice drugs for treating stomach and spleen diseases in modern clinical medicine.2 Those diseases were cured on the premise of the pathogenesis of internal injury of spleen and stomach,and based on the principle of tonifying middle-Jiao and Qi.3 All the prescription particles located in the fifth or sixth quadrant of space and it showed that the pathogenesis of the spleen and stomach disease in thespleen and stomach basically belongs to the interior, cold syndrome. So when the compatibility of the prescription drugs were used, those tonifying drugs for rising spleen yangqi should be payed attention to.
