chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)?Intestinal metaplasia(IM)?Dysplasia(ATP)?gastric cancer,precancerous leisions of gastric cancer(PLGC)has close relationship with gastric cancer.PLGC is the concept of pathology with no cure for gastric cancer at the current medical level.even with surgery and other comprehensive therapies,the 5-year survival rate remains below 30%,whereas most PLGC patients' 5-year survival rate after treatment can exceed 90%.So Contemporary Medicine pay attention to preventing and treating PLGC particularly,and reversing the pathological state of PLGC has become a research focus of gastric cancer.At present,the treatment of precancerous leisions of gastric cancer mainly from three aspects:endoscopic surgery,Western medicine,Chinese medicine treatment.the main measures of Western medicine treatment is etiological treatment,which is a way to prevent the occurrence of gastric cancer by eradicating Hp and healthy eating.Besides,folic acid,vitamins,tea polyphenols,allicin can delay the progress of PLGC.Chinese medical treatment has made many fruitful progress in the past 20 years,It's proven that traditional Chinese medicine has exactlly curative effect in the treatment of CAG,IM and ATP,which can effectively protect the gastric mucosa and improve gastric mucosal blood circulation,enhance gastric mucosal repair function.Traditional Chinese medicine has a significant effect in reversing PLGC,and presented the successful treatment by curing dialectically.The life quality of PLGC patients can improve through the treatment of Traditional Chinese medicine,and symtoms such as Vomiting,nausea,loss of appetite,bloating can be effectively improve.Chinese medicine not only make a remarkable effect in treating PLGC,but has low side effects and low medical expenses.Recently,treating PLGC with Chinese medicine has became a research focus in China.The precious experience of lots of Chinese medincine diagnosis and treatment are contained by domestic database,but there are unscientific and nonsystematic.In addition,it' s an imperfect field in exploring the prescription regularity.Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze the prescription regularity that hidden in domestic databases by modern data mining.Objects:In order to provide a reference for the clinical treatment of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer,This paper collates and extracts the relevant literatures on the treatment of gastric precancerous lesions in four domestic literature databases,collating the relevant information of diagnosis and treatment of gastric precancerous lesions in the literature,and probes into the prescription rule of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of gastric precancerous lesions of gastric cancer.Methods:1.All the literatures related to the diagnosis and treatment of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer were collected from four Chinese databases,CNKI,SINMEDX,Wanfang periodical database and Weipu Chinese periodical database,from the establishment of the database to December 2017,and the diseases of the literature were extracted.Card,prescription,medicine and other related information.2.Input the literature data into the traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Platform,and use the statistical analysis function provided by the software to analyze the frequency of drugs,analyze the four gases and five flavors,excavate the core laws,and explore the potential new law,and explore the theory of traditional Chinese medicine.The prescription rule of modern Chinese medicine for gastric precancerous lesion was obtained.Results:1.Slightly to operate strictly according to the retrieval,In the end,the four databases of CNKI,Chinese biomedical literature database(SINMED),wanfang journal database,and weipu Chinese journal database received 66 qualified literatures and 75 prescriptions.2.Frequency top 30 drugs have Bletillae rhizoma,Coptidis rhizoma,Hedyotis diffusa Willd,Salviae miltiorrhizae radix et rhizoma,Astragali radix,Curcumae rhizoma,Pinelliae rhizoma,Poria,Codonopsis radix,Paeoniae radix alba,Glycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma,Coicos semen,Bupleuri radix,Taraxaci herba,Glycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma praeparata cum melle,Aurantii fructus,Pseudostellariae radix,Angelicae sinensis radix,Citri reticulatae pericarpium,Magnoliae officinalis cortex,Scutellariae barbatae herba,Amomi fructus,Cyperi rhizoma,Dendrobii caulis,Galli gigerii endothelium corneum,Aucklandiae radix,Corydalis rhizoma,Ophiopogonis radix,Chuanxiong rhizome.According to the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine,the following results can be obtained from the induction of drugs in the top 30 frequency:?Clearing heat:Coptidis rhizoma,Hedyotis diffusa Willd,Taraxaci herba,Scutellariae barbatae herba;?
