| Purpose:The purpose of thise thesis is to evaluate its clinical effects by intervening in the patients who suffered from menopausal syndrome o.,f kidney deficiency and heart with liver-qi depression by means of observing the patients’ clinical symptoms who suffered from menopausal syndrome of kidney deficiency and heart with liver-qi depression,including the changes of reproductive hormone(E2、FSH、LH、AMH),after taking new Gengaian prescriptions combined with Enneagram psychotherapy.Methods:According to the research method of radomized control study,the patients with menopausal syndrome of kidney deficiency and heart with liver-qi depression were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with new Gengaian prescriptions combined with Enneagram psychotherapy,while the control group was treated with single new Gengaian prescriptions.4 Weeks as a course of treatment,three consecutive courses of treatments.The scores of TCM clinical symptoms,Ki and SDS’s before and after treatment were recorded,and the levels of serum estradiol(E2),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)and anti-Mullerian tube hormone(AMH)were recorded before and after treatment.Before and after treatment,blood routine,liver,renal function and other safety indicators were recorded as well.All the data were analyzed by SPSS23.0 statistical software.Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05)in terms of age,course of disease,patient’s condition,TCM symptoms by the statistical comparison before treatment.(1)The two groups5 TCM syndrome integration before and after treatment:after treatment,the total integral of the two groups were decreased significantly(P<0.01).Group comparison,the curative effect of the treatment group was much better than the control group(P<0.01).(2)The curative effect of TCM symptoms in two groups’ after treatment:the symptoms of the two groups were decreased significantly(P<0.05)after treatment.Group comparison,the TCM symptoms of irritable and impatience of the treatment group was much better than the control group(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of KI scores before and after treatment:after treatment,the KI scores of the two groups were decreased significantly(P<0.01).Group comparsion,the treatment group was be superior to the control group(P<0.01).(4)Comparison between two groups’total score of SDS before and after treatment:There were significant differences in the two groups after treatment(P<0.01),which has statistical significance.Group comparison,the curative effect of the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.01)·(5)Comparison of E2,FSH and LH levels of the two groups5 before and after treatment:①FSH:Two groups after treatment were both declined(P<0.05);Group comparison,treatment group was superior to control group(P<0.05).②LH:Before and after treatment,there was statistical significance in treatment group(P<0.01);Group comparison,also had no statistical significance(P>0.01).③Changes of E2 level in the two groups both had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Group comparison,difference had no statistical significance(P>0.05)·④FSH/LH:Differences of both groups after treatment were more significant than before treatment(P<0.01);Group comparison,treatment group was superior to control group(P<0.05).(6)Comparison of the serum AMH level between two groups before and after treatment:There was no significant difference in the level of serum AMH between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Group comparison:The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05)·(7)Comparison of serum AMH level between two groups before and after treatment and the severity of illness:Patients in the treatment group with light or medium KI score had a slightly high level of serum AMH,and severe KI score patients had a slightly low level of serum AMH.Patients of moderate KI score in treatment group after treatment,AMH changes had statistical difference(P<0.05).Group comparison:Serum AMH level of patients in light,medium and severe groups showed no significant change,which means both groups had no statistical difference(P>0.05).(8)Comparison of two groups’curative effect:in the 30 cases of the treatment group,4 cases(13.33%)were totally recovered,19 cases(63.33%)were markedly effective,5 cases(16.67%)were effective,2 cases(6.67%)were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 93.33%.Among the 30 patients in the control group,2 cases(6.67%)were totally recovered,11 cases(36.67%)were markedly effective,13 cases(43.33%)were effective,4 cases(13.33%)were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 86.67%.Compare two groups effective total rate,treatment group was superior to control group(P<0.05).(9)Comparison of two groups’enneagram curative effect:①The Reformer(Type 1):11 cases in treatment group belongs to this type,1 case(9.09%)was recovered,8 cases were markedly effective(72.73%),2 cases(18.18%)were effective,none case ineffective,and the total effective rate was 100%;10 cases in control group belongs to this type,2 cases(20.00%)were recovered,3 cases(30.00%)were markedly effective,2 cases(20.00%)were effective,3 cases(30.00%)were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 70.00%.Group comparison,treatment group was superior to control group.(P<0.05)②The Achiever(Type 3):9 cases in treatment group belongs to this type,2 cases(22.22%)were recovered,5 cases were markedly effective(55.56%),1 case(11.11%)was effective,1 case(11.11%)was ineffective,and the total effective rate was 88.89%;8 cases in control group belongs to this type,none case recovered,2 cases(25.00%)were markedly effective,5 cases(62.50%)were effective,1 case(12.50%)was ineffective,and the total effective rate was 87.50%.Group comparison,there was no statistical difference between two groups(P>0.05).③The Individualist(Type 4):10 cases in treatment group belongs to this type,1 case(10.00%)was recovered,6 cases were markedly effective(60.00%),2 cases(20.00%)were effective,1 case(10.00%)was ineffective,and the total effective rate was 90.00%;12 cases in control group belongs to this type,none case recovered,6 cases(50.00%)were markedly effective,6 cases(50.00%)were effective,none case was ineffective,and the total effective rate was 100.00%.Group comparison,there was no statistical difference between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:This Clinincal research discovered illness severity of the menopausal syndrome was positively associated with the ratio of FSH to LH.After using new Gengaian prescriptions combined with Enneagram psychotherapy to intervene in the patients who suffered from menopausal syndrome of kidney deficiency and heart with liver-qi depression attained the satisfactory clinical effect.It improved the patients’ clinical symptoms significant,especially the symptoms of heart with liver-qi depression,also regulated the level of patients’,ovarian hormones.Which singly used the new Gengaian prescriptions for treatment had a great improvement of curative effect on the patients.Its clinical application of security was good and not found distinct toxic and side effect. |
