This study took the "wheat-soil" system of Henan Province, where is the major grain producing area,as the research object, using the Molecular Environment Science,Metabolomics and other research methods, with the aid of UPLC-QTOF,GC-QTOF,ICP-MS and other detection platforms, systematically studied the dynamic characteristics of heavy metals in cultivated land and the nutritional differentiation of wheat under different organic fertilizer-nitrogen fertilizer ratios and different planting patterns(organic cropping systems VS conventional cropping systems),respectively, and put forward farmland to recuperate, organic fertilizer-fertilizer allocation, green manure cultivation and so on.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:1.The migration and transformation rate of heavy metals in cultivated land was the lowest in N8-N15 level. The results of wheat grain health risk assessment showed that the local population had to bear more carcinogenic and non-carcinogenic health risks when the wheat grain was applied under the nitrogen level of N15.Children aged 0-5 were at higher risk of both carcinogenic and non-carcinogenic risks compared to people aged 6-17 and adults in the same age group. In addition,in the risk of cancer, heavy metals Cr and As were the most important sources of pollution, which had a contribution rate of 74.72%-83.11%.2.Compared with the conventional cropping systems, the wheat seed nutrient metabolites in the organic cropping systems produced obvious differentiation. The multi-statistical method was used to analyze the wheat grain metabolomics data, and the biomarkers in the organic planting mode were screened. It mainly included 7 kinds of amino acids,6 kinds of sugars,3 kinds of sugar alcohols,6 kinds of organic acids,3 kinds of fatty acids,6 other primary metabolites, and 6 flavonoid secondary metabolites.3.Compared with conventional cropping systems, wheat seeds grown by organic cropping systems had higher carcinogenic and non-carcinogenic risks.Among people of different ages, children aged 0-5 had a higher risk of non-carcinogenicity,and adults had a higher risk of carcinogenicity.Among the 8 heavy metals studied,As and Cr exposure were the main influencing factors for the exposure of heavy metals, accounting for 64.89%and 13.22%of the non-carcinogenic risk, respectively, and Cr contributed more than 60%to cancer risk.4.Based on the consideration of heavy metal pollution in cultivated land is related to the quality and safety of agricultural products and national health, put forward institutional arrangement and implementation path of cultivated land recuperation and habitat, technical scheme of organic fertilizer-fertilizer allocation and development of green manure cultivation and so on.
