Study Of Ecological Highway Regional Ecosystems Analysis And Evaluation Method

With the development of transportation, the transportation systems bring about convenience for economic development and logistics. Meanwhile, it also results in ecological problems. To successfully handle this issue, the concept of new eco-friendly environment highway construction is born out of. Transportation environmental impact assessment became an indispensable role.Focusing on these problems, the research of Transportation environmental impact assessment should transfer to other determination orientation such as High way construction plan, ecological impaction. This paper using PSR method presents evaluation standard and constitute relevant system. Furthermore, this paper divide the level of assessment by AHP and calculated the weight value, meanwhile involved with "Gray-box" assessment model. To testify the application reliability of model, the paper cite instance of new Freeway program from Xing Tai to Fen Yang (Northern part:Xi Si Gou to Tao Shu Ping) and assess its ecological impact, which provide a considerable case for potential practical program, in order to reduce negative impact and enhance protection ability on highway ecological systems.
