In the knowledge economy era, with the widespread application of science and technology,knowledge-based enterprises have become an important part of the knowledge economy and society.Knowledge has become the most essential production factor. As knowledge workers usually have plenty of knowledge, skills and experience, they have become the core resources of knowledge-based enterprises. With the process of economic globalization and fierce competition and challenges, more and more enterprises are starting to focus on research and development, which have a significant impact on business development.Research and development activities are typically carried out in the form of project. And in order to better accomplish a project, evaluating people well before assigning them to the project is very important. Therefore, the research of scientific, objective, comprehensive and efficient evaluation methods of workers'competence is one of the most important way to large and medium-sized knowledge-based enterprises to effectively manage knowledge workers, improve workers performance, give full play to their enthusiasm and creativity, and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises in the future. This dissertation researches the matching problem between knowledge workers and the corresponding task,in order to promote a comprehensive, scientific, efficient, dynamic evaluation method of knowledge workers, assist managers to make decisions, and provide a basis for the knowledge-based enterprises when selecting project members. The main content of this dissertation is as follows:In chapter 1,the research background and significance of this dissertation are firstly elaborated.Application of the evaluation of worker's knowledge competence and collaborative building conceptual knowledge map are analysed.Secondly, the current research status and shortages of the evaluation of worker's knowledge competence, matching methods, system design and implementation of knowledge workers and task, collaborative building process are presented. Finally, the main content and structure of the dissertation are given. In chapter 2,the architecture for matching method of task and workers' knowledge competence based on conceptual knowledge map is researched.Firstly,a process model is put forward.Secondly, technical framework is introduced, including supporting technologies and integrated key technologies.Supporting technologies include conceptual knowledge map and Web2.0 technology etc.Integrated key technologies include group decision-making theory, stochastic process theory and geometric algebra theory. In chapter 3,collaborative building process of conceptual knowledge map under random network is researched, which adopts the Monte Carlo method.Firstly, collaborative building process of conceptual knowledge map is introduced, and group decision-making model of collaborative building process is established.Secondly, based on the bounded rationality theory,decision-making ability and interactive communication among workers are analyzed. Moreover,to verify the validity of the model, questionnaire is used to obtain simulation data, and the corresponding simulation analysis is conducted to explore the collaborative process of building conceptual knowledge map.In chapter 4,collaborative building process of conceptual knowledge map under regular network is researched, which adopts system modeling method.Firstly,Markov chain and stochastic Petri net are used to establish a subgroup decision-making process model with a structure of the nearest neighbor coupled network. The transition probability matrix and its recursive formulas are given to achieve similar structural expansion.Secondly,by taking subgroup decision-making process with three subjects as an example, the state transition probability matrix of the subgroup and the discussion times required to form a consensus are calculated. Finally,Monte Carlo method is utilized to verify the effectiveness of the proposed model. In chapter 5,a matching method of task and workers' knowledge competence based on geometric algebra is proposed.Firstly, knowledge points of workers and project are mapped to the geometric algebra space, and their positions are optimized by structural mechanics theory. The distances between these points are consistent with the given semantic distances. The competence of knowledge worker is expressed by a set of points in a multidimensional space. The comprehensive distance index of the inner product and the outer product is constructed. The matching degree between knowledge worker and project can be obtained by calculating the distance between the point sets. Finally,by taking knowledge workers selection of a knowledge management system project as an example, the matching degrees between workers and project are well evaluated by calculating the comprehensive indexes. In chapter 6,the aforementioned chapters' research results in the model and technology aspects are applied to select project members.Firstly,to assist managers to schedule knowledge workers,a calculation system framework to match knowledge workers and task is proposed. The workflow, data structure design of core modules, construction of conceptual knowledge map and a calculation method of matching degree between workers and task are elaborated. An enterprise application is given and indicates that the system can provide a basis for the knowledge-based enterprises when selecting project members. In chapter 7,all achievements and innovations of this dissertation are summarized and the future research direction is put forward. As the useful supplement of the main body, appendices include questionnaire and the survey results, and some process data of matching calculation between knowledge workers and the tasks.
