Taking HNEPRI a research object, some literature related KM are collected andanalyzed in this paper,, and both the investigation and literature analyzing methodsare taken. Moreover, basing on both the above and investigating the managementsituation and actual problem of HNEPRI, the content and factors about KM aresummarized.There are four parts in this paper, the first is about the basic theory researchabout KM, mainly including the knowledge, the basic concepts of KM and thetheory researching and practicing;the second is the Core Competence analyzing andevaluating about HNEPRI, including the basic situation, main field, business modeand competence evaluating about HNEPRI;the third is the core research content ofKM about HNEPRI, including KM situation, knowledge stratagem,knowledge-sharing and KM technology, and, moreover, it is brought forwardcreatively that the increasing mechanism and process about organizationalknowledge, and the process and mode in which KM make the core competence ofHNEPRI increasing. The last is the KM factors about HNEPRI, including creatingthe company culture sharing and the manpower resource administering basing onKM.According to the above research, the main research results are the followings:1. To bring forward the definition about the relatively integrated KM andanalyze the basic procedure of knowledge according with the knowledge-actioncharacteristic in general companies, which is very helpful to enrich and perfect theKM theory.2. To bring forward and ensure the practicing content of KM according withoperating situation in HNEPRI, which is very useful to other similar companies asa reference.3. To analyze the knowledge-increasing process and mechanism in the typicalknowledge-action of HNEPRI, using the increasing mechanism of Organizationalknowledge based on the knowledge-fermenting theory.4. To bring forward and design a new technology-service mode creatively forHNEPRI, which is based on the client knowledge alliance.According the above research, this paper will reach the purpose advancing thecore competence of HNEPRI, and, at the same time, will be a valuable referencefor the KM action in such similar companies.
