The Study On The Character Of Zhongjing Treating The Pulmonary Disease

Objective:From the perspective of syndrome differentiation of zang-fu organs and meridians,we researched the justification of lung disease in the theory of typhoid miscellaneous disease,and concluded the characteristics of zhang zhongjing in the treatment of the lung disease.At last,we used it to guide the treatment of modern complicated pulmonary disease.Methods:We summarized the principle-method-recipe-medicines about lung disease in 《Shang Han Lun》 and 《Jinkui Yaolue》,and concised the characteristics of zhang zhongjing in the justification and treatment of the system of the lung disease and its formula drug laws by means of researching related literature.Results:There were mainly three aspects relected the characteristics and general rules of Zhang zhongjing in the differentiation and treatment of the pulmonary disease:Nourishing the fei-yang was the character of Zhang zhongjing in treatment the pulmonary disease. He not only created the way of warming and recuperating lung Yang, but also emphasised on warming and recuperating lung Yang in the treatment of lung disease.He also attached great importance to apply the method of warming lung and dissipating excessive fluid in course of treatment lung disease.He thought it was the key to dispel evil in treatment the pulmonary disease. Zhongjing attached great importance to the evil which had influence on human body’s physiological function and he considered it was the key to dispel evil in the treatment of all disease including lung disease.He gave priority to the method of regulating xuan and descent. It was not only a means but also the purpose to regulate the xuan and descent of lung qi in Zhang zhongjing treating the lung disease.Conclusion:In order to prompting them to return to normal state, he used the methods of eliminating pathogenic factors or strengthening the body resistance to adjust the rise and fall of the lung qi.
