Exploring The Innate Luck And Endowment Rules Of Patients With Diabetic Kidney Disease Based On The Theory Of "Heaven-Man-Disease

ObjectiveBy collecting medical records of patients with diabetic kidney disease,analyzing the characteristics of birth time of Yun qi pattern,preliminary discussion of the correlation of the tendency of congenital Yun qi endowment and diabetic kidney disease,then reveal the rule of the congenital Yun qi endowment of type 2 diabetic patients suffering from diabetic kidney disease,providing a basis for early detection,early diagnosis,and early intervention of diabetic kidney disease.MethodsIn this study,a retrospective case-control study was adopted.Dongzhimen Hospital of Beijing University of traditional Chinese Medicine from January 20,2017 to January 20,2022,5 years of medical records in the hospital internal medicine were collected,medical records including the patient’s name,gender,birth date,age,medical case number,number of admission times,date of admission,date of discharge,medical records(primary complaints,current medical history,past history,diagnosis of admission),discharge diagnosis.A total of 1698 type 2 diabetes patients with diabetic kidney disease admitted as the case group,and 3740 patients of type 2 diabetes merged complications(except combined kidney disease)as the control group.Import the above patient case information into Excel to establish a database.According to the birth of the patients,the trunk and branch were transformed,and then Suiyun,Zhuyun,Keyun,Sitian,Zaiquan,Zhuqi,Keqi,Keiqi and Zhuqi,Yun-qi of assimilation and alienation were calculated.The date were analyzed by SPSS25.0 statistical software.The different distribution of the birth date of the patients in case group and control group in terms of the characteristics of the five yun and six qi was analyzed by Chi-square test;Logistic Regression Analysis was used to screen out the key Yun qi factors affecting the acquired diabetic kidney disease and then explore the congenital Yun qi endowment rules of patients with diabetic kidney diseaseResults1 The relationship between a single Yun qi element and diabetic kidney disease(1)Among the element of the five Yun,the birth of Tiangan,Suiyun is related to the suffering of diabetic kidney diseases.From the perspective of Tiangan,patients of type 2 diabetes born in Ren nian and Xin nian have a higher risk of suffering diabetic kidney disease,and its risks increased by 1.551times(P=0.001)and 1.473 times respectively(P=0.004);From the perspective of the year,type 2 diabetic patients born in the wood excess and water insuficiency period have a higher risk of suffering diabetic kidney disease,and their risks increased by 1.551 times s(P=0.001)and 1.473 times respectively(P=0.004).(2)Among the element of the six qi,the earthly branch,Si tian,Zaiquan,Kei qi and Zhu qi of the birth time are related to the disease of the diabetic kidney disease.From the perspective of earthly branches,patients of type 2 diabetes born in the year of Mao have a higher risk of suffering diabetic kidney disease,and its risk increases by 1.496 times(P=0.005);From the perspective of Si tian,type 2 diabetic patients born in Yang wing Zao jin Si tian have a higher risk of suffering diabetic kidney disease,and its risk increases by 1.217 times(P=0.049);From the perspective of in Zai quan,the risk of suffering diabetic kidney disease in the type 2 diabetic patients born in Shao yin Jun huo is higher,and its risk increases by 1.217 times(P=0.049);From the perspective of Kei qi and Zhu qi,the risk of suffering diabetic kidney diseases of type 2 diabetic patients born during the time of the Chen wei Jun,the risk increased by 1.451 times(P=0.042).2 The relationship between comprehensive element of the Yun qi and diabetic kidney disease(1)Among the factor of the Sui yun-Si tian-Zai quan,the risk of suffering diabetic kidney diseases of type 2 diabetic patients born in Shao shui-Yang ming Zao jin Si tian-Shao yin Jun huo Zai quan period is higher,and its risk increases by 1.603 times(P=0.034).(2)Among the factor of the combination of Yun qi,type 2 diabetic patients born in Tianfu nian has the lower risk of suffering diabetic kidney disease,and its risk is reduced by 0.722 times(P=0.006);Type 2 diabetic patients born in Tai yi Tianfu has the higher risk of suffering diabetic kidney disease,the risk increased by 1.934 times(P=0.000).Conclusion1 The results of the study show that the adventure of diabetic kidney disease has a certain correlation with the five yun and six qi elements corresponding to the birth date.(1)The risk factors of suffering diabetic kidney disease include the birth of the year of Tian gan is Ren Xin,Sui yun is wood excess,water insufficiency;or the earth branch is mao,Sitian’s qi is Yang ming Zao jin,Zaiquan’s is Shao yin Jun huo,keqi and Zhuqi is chen wei jun;or Suiyun-Sitian-Zaiquan is Shao shui-Yang ming Zao jin Si tian-Shao yin Juo huo Zai quan,the combination of Yunqi is Taiyi Tianfu.(2)The combination of Yun qi was Tian fu is the protective factor of the acquired diabetic kidney disease.2 After summary and analysis of patients with type 2 diabetes suffered from the key Yun qi elements of diabetic kidney diseases,found that the congenital Yun qi endowment of patients with diabetic kidney disease has the characteristics of Wood strong and Tu weak,Shui yun insufficiency and Zao re excess.It further shows that those with liver prosperity and spleen deficiency,kidney essence deficiency,and yin deficiency and heat in the congenital endowment are more likely to develop diabetic kidney diseases.3 This study uses the theory of ’Tian-ren-bing",and analyzes the luck pattern of patients with diabetic kidney disease in hospitalization,which reveals what kind of congenital Yun qi endowment population is prone to diabetic kidney disease after suffering from type 2 diabetes to a certain extent.It further verified the scientific nature of the theory of "Tian-ren-bing",and provided a reference for the early discovery,early diagnosis,and early intervention of clinical diabetic kidney disease.
