The Research Of The Thinkings Of General Medicine Of TCM In View Of The Philosophical Perspective

Objective:In the paper,from a philosophical point of view,I discussed on the medicinephilosophical thought of general medicine and general medicine of TCM,analysised thecharacteristics of the intellectual origins of the medical philosophy﹑thinking method ofthe medical philosophy﹑medical viewpoint of general medicine and general medicine ofTCM. From the situation and the plight of the current medical system,the auther exploredthe inevitability of general medicine of TCM. We should reveal the scientific nature of theTCM in view of the philosophy of science and postmodernism.Methods:In the paper,I taked the methods of literature research, hermeneutic method,comparative analysis.Rusults:Medical viewpoint of general medicine is based on the bio-psycho-socialmedical model, to systematic integrative philosophy as the philosophical foundation.Theway of thinking is Steering system integrity thinking from the reductive thinking. Thephilosophical thought of general medicine of TCM is still based on ancient chinesephilosophy.General medicine of TCM put “the thought of monism of air”,“human beingsyncretising nature”,“the theory of Yin Yang and Wu Xing”and “unity of body andsoul” asthe core philosophy,General medicine of TCM applied of systems theory and systemsanalysis, integrated of the results of modern science and technology, explorated ofintegrative medicine practice mode.Thinking method of general medicine ofTCM.combined dialectical thinking with systems thinking as the main thinkingcharacteristics. In view of the cultural and practice shift of the philosophy of science, general medicine of TCM is the local knowledge of the complex system characteristics,and has the attribute of the modernist philosophy of science.Conclusion: General medicine of TCM inherits and develops the systematicintegrative philosophy,and has a complete medical ideological and theoretical system.
