In the perspective of the system, that system stability, the critical behavior of thesystem, the article studied the spread of Micro-blog information. From the perspective ofinformation modeling, it can achieve the purpose of early warning of information disseminationby monitoring the Micro-blog information dissemination ontology.Based on the creation of evolution information system，I put forward microblogginginformation management model (a full range of innovative research methods).The fusion andevolution of the two theories between information creation system and microblogginginformation system indicates the importance of information architecture in the microbloginformation management. I hierarchically proposed the creation of evolution information systemmodel to illustrate the rationality of the new construction of microblog information managementmodel.
