Objective:1.To provide the referred evidence for clinic diagnosis and treatment through the study of the combination principle of patients of hypertension with MS, lipids disorder with MS and diabetes with MS.2. To figure out the distribution characters of TCM constitution of patients of hypertension with MS, lipids disorder with MS and diabetes with MS.3. To study the disease location and feature of hypertension with MS, lipids disorder with MS and diabetes with MS through the TDS diagnosis test of the patients of hypertension with MS, lipids disorder with MS and diabetes with MS.Method:1. The MS patients were selected through the inquiry and biochemical examination of the clinical patients. The patients were divided into different groups according to MS diagnosis standard (advised by Chinese diabetes society), and the results were analyzed by using descriptive statistics.2. A questionnaire survey was done to investigate the constitution types of these three kinds of people according to "self-test table of TCM constitution and classification".3. A paired sample test was taken between the left/right ratio of twelve meridians of the patients of hypertension with MS, lipids disorder with MS and diabetes with MS. The left/right ratio of the normal people was tested by using the SPSS16.0 software.Result:1. The research result of "hypertension with MS" group shows that among age 30-39, males were more likely to be phlegm-dampness constitution, while females mainly were qi-depressed constitution. Among age 40-49, males were more likely to be phlegm-dampness and dampness-heat constitution, while females mainly were qi-depressed constitution. Among age 50-59, males were more likely to be phlegm-dampness, dampness-heat and qi-deficient constitution, while females mainly were phlegm-dampness constitution. People beyond age 60, males were more likely to be qi-deficient and yin-deficient constitution, while females mainly were yang-deficient and yin-deficient. A big difference exists between the data of stomach meridian of yang-deficient and qi-depressed constitution of patients of "hypertension with MS" A big difference exists between the data of spleen meridian of phlegm-dampness constitution and balanced constitution. A big difference exists between the data of heart meridian of qi-deficient, blood stasis constitution and balanced constitution. A big difference exists between the data of small intestine meridian of qi-deficient constitution and balanced constitution. A big difference exists between the data of pericardium meridian of blood stasis constitution and balanced constitution. A big difference exists between the data of triple energizer meridian of yang-deficient constitution and balanced constitution.2. In the group of "lipids disorder with MS", among age 30~39 males were more likely to be phlegm-dampness constitution, while females mainly were phlegm-dampness and yang-deficient constitution; among age 40~49 males were more likely to be qi-deficient constitution, while females mainly were qi-depressed constitution; among age 50-59 males were more likely to be qi-deficient, phlegm-dampness and dampness-heat constitution, while females mainly were phlegm-dampness constitution. People beyond age 60, males were more likely to be qi-deficient and yin-deficient constitution, while females mainly were yang-deficient and yin-deficient. Difference exists between the data of heart energizer meridian of yang-deficient, qi-deficient, dampness-heat and qi-depress constitution and balanced constitution in the group of "lipids disorder with MS". Difference exists between the data of small intestine meridian of yang-deficient and qi-deficient constitution and balanced constitution. Difference exists between the data of pericardium meridian of yang-deficient, dampness-heat and blood stasis constitution and balanced constitution. Difference exists between the data of triple energizer meridian of inherited special constitution and balanced constitution.3. In the group of "diabetes with MS", among age 30-39 males were more likely to be qi-deficient constitution, while females mainly were qi-depressed and yang-deficient constitution among age 40~49 males were more likely to be yang-deficient and dampness-heat constitution, while females mainly were qi-depressed constitution; among age 50~59 males were more likely to be dampness-heat constitution, while females mainly were phlegm-dampness constitution; people beyond age 60 males were more likely to be qi-deficient constitution, while females mainly were yang-deficient and yin-deficient constitution and females were more easily to be blood stasis constitution than males. Difference exists between the data of small intestine meridian of qi-deficient and qi-depressed and balanced constitution. Difference exists between the data of pericardium meridian of yang-deficient, dampness-heat and blood stasis constitution and balanced constitution. Difference exists between the data of triple energizer meridian of yang-deficient and blood stasis constitution and balanced constitution. Difference exists between the data of gallbladder meridian of blood stasis constitution and balanced constitution.Conclusion:1. In the "hypertension with MS" group, males mainly were qi-deficient and yin- deficient constitution while females mainly were qi-depressed and phlegm-dampness constitution. In the group of "lipids disorder with MS", males mainly were qi-deficient constitution and yin-deficient constitution while females mainly were qi-depressed and phlegm-dampness constitution. In the group of "diabetes with MS", males mainly were qi-deficient constitution and yin- deficient constitution while females mainly were qi-depressed and yang-deficient constitution.2. In the "hypertension with MS" group, the feature of yang-deficient were more likely to be connected with the disease location of stomach and the triple energizer; the feature of qi-depressed were more likely to be connected with the disease location of stomach; the feature of phlegm-dampness were more likely to be connected with the disease location of spleen; the feature of qi-deficient were more likely to be connected with the disease location of heart and small intestine; the feature of blood stasis were more likely to be connected with the disease location of heart and pericardium.3. In the "lipids disorder with MS" group, the feature of yang-deficient were more likely to be connected with the disease location of heart, pericardium and small intestine; the feature of dampness-heat were more likely to be connected with the disease location of heart and pericardium; the feature of qi-deficient were more likely to be connected with the disease location of heart; the feature of blood stasis were more likely to be connected with the disease location of pericardium.4. In the "diabetes with MS" group, the feature of dampness-heat were more likely to be connected with the disease location of spleen; the feature of qi-deficient were more likely to be connected with the disease location of small intestine; the feature of yang-deficient were more likely to be connected with the disease location of triple energizer; the feature of blood stasis were more likely to be connected with the disease location of triple energizer and gallbladder.
