Investigation On Sub Health Status And TCM Constitution Types In Taiwan Region

Objective:To investigate the correlation between TCM Constitution in Taiwan region and sub healthy state; To Study on the distribution of sub-healthy and TCM Physical Type in population in Taiwan to explore the correlation between sun-health and TCM Physical Type,which provide the basis for modulating sub-health state from TCM Physical aspect.Method:Designed the sub-healthy questionnaire,used the approach of cross-sectional study,adoptrd the on-the-apot investigation medod,,322 person were surveyed by sub-haalthy and the Constitution in Chinese Medicine Questionnaire,combined the clinical examination results,to screen sub-healty population,Established a date bank of the sub-healthy crowd,which was used to have corresponding statistical analysis according to describe the distribution characters of sub-healthy condition and distribution characters of TCM Physical Type among the people in Taiwan region to study the correlation between sub-healthy and 9 physical types.Results:This study investigated 366 cases,322 were qualified; the Flat and from sub-health population accounted for 0%,while the people of Physical bias accouted for 100%; sub-healty state have close correlation with the Chinese constitution; The classification of Physical bias:Damp heat constitution(48.45%)>The constitution of qideficiency(45.34%)>Yang deficiency constitution(45.03%)>Phlegm dampness constitution(42.55%)> The specific endowment constitution(39.13%)> Yin asthenia constitution(37.27%)> Stagnation of Qi in the body (35.09%)>Blood stasis constitution(31.68%).Female biased physique more easily in sub healthy state.Condutions:1、The rate of Physical bias of sub-healthy population are higher.2、Damp heat constitution and the constitution of qi deficiency are the most common type of biased physique healthy crowd in Taiwan area.3、To elementarily prove that Traditional Chinese Medicine constitution has major influence on sub-healthy,which provided the basis for modulating sub-healthy state from TCM physical aspect.
