To establish the injury model of rat gastrocnemius muscle through the method of contusion model, Xiaozhong Zhitong ointment on rats 1d after injury,4d,7d surface morphology and morphological changes, combined with the expression levels of 4d,7d,14d,21 d in rat gastrocnemius muscle micro RNA-133 quantitative PCR detection,MEF2, MyoD of mRNA after the injury, explore swelling analgesic effect mechanism of muscle remodeling and repair paste on contusion model of rat gastrocnemius muscle.The third part:Discussion on the combination of correlation between elastic fixation for the treatment of sprain of ankle pain and swelling Xiaozhong Zhitong ointment external application combined with Xiaozhong Zhitong ointment; comparison of elastic fixation and simple "RICE" the clinical curative effect of the treatment of acute ankle sprain. Observation on 70 cases of outpatient and emergency patients with external application of Chinese medicine combined with elastic bandage and simply use the"RICE" therapy. The treatment group at 7d post injury morphology injury score was significantly lower than that of model group (P< 0.05).The expression level of MEF2 in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group and model group, which further confirmed the important role ofMEF2 induced skeletal muscle remodeling and repair process in the topical drugs.MEF2 rose 7d after injury, then the expression has been maintained at a high level,to 21d post injury can still express a high level. Compared with the model group, the expression peak in about 14d, then return to a state of general basic. Although MoyD has been involved in many processes into the differentiation and proliferation of muscle cells, and its expression level compared with the model group had no obvious change.Expression of RNA in the tiny,4d after injury, no significant difference between the blank group, model group and treatment group, with the prolongation of time, the model group and treatment group were increased, and the treatment group rises more than the model group, the expression level reached 21d, model group had decreased,tend to return, while the treatment group level there arestill rising trend. The third part:before and after treatment between the 2 groups no significant difference in VAS score data; score difference of VAS between the 2 groups of data treatment had statistical significance.2 groups of patients with pain no difference before treatment, comparable; the course of treatment, the treatment group VAS remission was faster than that of control group.2 groups of treatment, swelling degree of data were obviously lower than those before therapy, that 2 groups of patients are to reduce the swelling degree. In the course of and after treatment, a significant difference between the two groups, the treatment group than in the control group the swelling extent ease more obvious.There is a correlation between VAS score and swelling degree of patients (P< 0.01);the VAS score as the dependent variable, the swelling degree of data as independent variables, two linear regression equation:Y(VAS)=0.256X (swelling degree)-4.200,were positively related to visible between the two, with the increase of VAS, there is a trend of rising swelling degree.
