Information technology is playing an important role in scientific development and accelerate the transformation of the pattern of generating combat for national defense and army construction. However it also brings information security risk such as attack and damage, theft and divulgence. According to the unified deploy of the Central Military Commission, All of the military college were started confidential information security education for all types of classes since2007, thus improving confidential information security literacy has become an importment part of talent training plan in military university.However, single training patternl which is used to improve confidential information security literacy of the current undergraduate students of military university also has its problems, it does not have clear training objectives, open ways for training and flexible evaluation,etc. In this paper,based on the research of the current training situation of confidential information security literacy, the requirements of confidential information security education in military university,which is from the army confidential work and information security status is discussed.What’s more, this paper makes three layers classification to confidential information security literacy training target, they are knowledge, skill and emotion.Based on instruction of multiple intelligence theory, hierarchy of needs theory, cooperative education theory and multiple higher education quality view, undergraduate of military college in confidential information security literacy multiple training pattern is constructed according to the connotation and elementsthe of talent training pattern. This pattern is made up by one theme, two main lines, three goals, four paths, five kinds of evaluation. Furthermore according to the different features undergraduate of university in different stages,"three layers-four years-four way" of confidential information security literacy cultivation patternl is put forward, and the four stages for undergraduate is pointed out. Course teaching, online learning, propaganda, social practice are four training ways to make three levels of training target, which are general confidential information security literacy, professional confidential information security literacy, practice and innovation confidential information security literacy realized. At the same time, the self evaluation, others evaluation, formative evaluation and summative evaluation are combined to make the multivariate evaluation opinion established.Based on this opinion, this paper designs five evaluation methods which are curriculum evaluation, network self testing, contract evaluation, safety inspection, electronic portfolio and illustrates five kinds of assessment implementation strategy.In application part of multiple type training pattern, A control group and an experimental group are selected in this paper. According to the educational experiment research method, the experimental results are compared. The result shows that the Multiple Type Training Pattern is able to improve the information security literacy of undergraduate.At last, This paper makes summary of the multiple type training pattern construction and application experience, it shows that the multiple talent training pattern is a meaningful development direction for talents training pattern reform under the background of informationization, it also points out some deficiencies of this paper and future effort direction in this filed.
