ObjectiveThe observation of the topics Guizhi-Fuling Bolus addition and subtraction clinical efficacy for the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, and to explore the possible mechanism of action to certain guiding significance in the clinical treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.ResultsAll cases were from the JunLiang Chinese medicine clinic in Taiwan from November2011to January2013for treatment of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory。 Disease were observed in60patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group to Guizhi-Fuling Bolus, oral the control group Xuefuzhuyu decoction. Observe the patient’s symptoms, signs and tongue and pulse, pelvic inflammatory mass, and blood rheology changes, before and after treatment。Conclusion1. Two sets of comprehensive therapeutic effect in the treatment group6cases were cured,11cases markedly, effective in9cases, and4cases were ineffective, total effective rate was86.67%; in control group8cases were cured,12cases markedly, effective in7cases and3cases were ineffective, the total effective rate of90%. Two sets of efficacy was no significant difference (P>0.05).2. Two sets of TCM syndromes comparison, the total effective rate of the treatment group was90%; the total effective rate was93.33%in control group. Two sets of local signs Comparison, the total effective rate was of the treatment group was80%; and the total effective rate was83.33%in control group. Two groups of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes, The local signs efficacy was no significant difference (P>0.05).3. Both groups can reduce pelvic inflammatory mass, Before and after treatment there was a significant difference in the treatment group (P<0.05); and there was a significant difference between the two groups after treatment (P<0.05).4. Both groups can improve the indices of blood, there was a significant difference before and after treatment in the treatment group(P<0.05);But there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment (P>0.05).Conclusion1.
