Objective:to refer to the liver and YingBing’s traditional Chinese medicine documents and related reports, learn liver’s main physiological pathology as characteristics, discusses the liver’s physiology, pathology features and thyroid function’s r elationship, preliminarily demonstrate thyroid disease especial ly Hypothyroidism and the Chinese medicine liver concept’s clos e correlation to help Chinese medicine clinic to differentiate different TCM syndromes within Theory and practice and give go od guidance for the future study of thyroid disease and the Chi nese medicine research of the relationship between TCM’s Liver and Throid disease.Methods:based on ancient and modern Chinese medicine docum ents on liver concept,I get to clarify the essence of TCM’s liv er and by analyzing the demontration of HD, analyzes the essenc e of traditional Chinese medicine thyroid disease. By analyzing the clinical manifestations of thyroid disease, I discuss the c lose relationship with TCM liver’s concept. And then, through t he scientific analysis and scientific statistical methods of th e55articles for use of TCM therapy for hyperthyroidism. Meanwh ile I discuss the clinical TCM syndrome, drug characteristics, curative effect, complications’s frequency, the frequency inde x statistics which are based on and from the clinic document. T his paper discusses hyperthyroidism and the Chinese medicine li ver concept which are done for the further research;Results:1. According to the basic theory of TCM, from the anlaysis for the ancient and modern document I find that thyroi d disease has close relationship with TCM’s liver chanel, thyroi d’s syndromes, mostly, belong to TCM liver’s pathological changes and its treatment should also be taken from the liver.2.After analyzing all the modern clinical reports,I find am ong all components, treating HD from liver’s TCM syndromes inclu des ganhuoshangkang, ganyuhuahuo, xinganhuowang, ganshenyinxu and etc, the pecentages has occupied about63.31%, and ganyuhuahuo is tthe biggest one which occupies32.29%.3. The collected in clinical reports from liver treatment i n frequency ranked in the top30of a drug, with clear liver ve nting hot medicine and pure in heart venting hot medicine frequ ency highest, and treatment of liver function with drug-frequen cy amounted to52.4%; And in the high frequency of drugs to att ribute the statistics, we found that the drugs to liver for fre quency21, frequency70%;4. In Chinese medicine treatment of hyperthyroidism from li ver clinical report, we through the statistics found that treat ment from liver and hyperthyroidism assisted by western medicin e treatment to the total effective rate was significantly highe r than the pure Chinese medicine treatment group and pure weste rn medicine therapy group;5. To clinical reports collected in the literature of stati sties, found in hyperthyroidism complications in the highest fr equency of prominent eyes, to57.79%, followed by rhythm of the heart wrong to34.33%, and in the complications of hyperthyroi dism in the frequency of the insanity of the position of the hi gh to the third, to4.84%, more than the white blood cells to r educe the frequency of the damage with liver function. Conclusion:1. Clinical physicians treatment with hyperthyroidism of co mbination of Chinese and western medicine method, and using the method of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine t reatment from liver clinical curative effect is superior to tra ditional Chinese medicine and western medicine treatment of pur e pure treatment;3. In the clinical treatment of hyperthyroidism from liver should grasp etiology of hyperthyroidism, especially the onset of hyperthyroidism throughout the process of diseases in stagna tion, characteristic is the stimulation of the YuJiu fire, won the pathogenesis of Yin take gas characteristics.4. In clinical physicians choose the application, pay atten tion to clear liver purging fire, ShuGan qi qi, for activating blood circulation and eliminating stasis, the use of herbs, inc luding especially pay attention to the role of stagnation, bulk suffered selfheal use, is worth reference for clinical physici ans;5.
