Agricultural information is an important way to develop modern agriculture, and it is also an important means to promoting the development of the fruit industry. At present, China’s fruit industry has many shortcomings, such as small industrial scale, decentralized management, low degree of standardization etc., which has severely restricted the development of the apple industry. Based on the National Science and Technology Support Program "the key technology integration and application of rural agricultural informationization", combined with the demonstration province practice of Shandong province agricultural and rural informationization construction, this paper focuses on the design and implementation of the database and the construction and application of the mathematical models of Shandong province apple professional information service system.Mathematical model of apple production management is one of the necessary requirements of Apple professional information services system of Shandong province, and it is also one of the main features of the system. The establishment of this model is the base for other models, such as decision support systems, expert systems, production forecasts, pests and diseases diagnosis and other subsystems. This paper has established a serial mathematical model for apple production management as follows:(1) Through analyzing the amount of twigs and leaf structure, the leaf area and other data collected in 49 orchards in Shandong Province, for the first time, creatively uses fuzzy comprehensive analysis method to obtain the yield prediction model. The result of the model is as: ? 725.6622 1879.6620 jy =h +.Here, ?jy shows a sample output of the predicted value j, h indicates the level of the variable characteristic value for each sample. The prediction model for modeling data prediction error averaged 3.63 %, with an average yield of the unknown predictive value was 8.92% relative error.(2) The research on the apple yield prediction model based on the meteorological factors in 17 cities of Shandong Province. Because different climatic regions have obvious different apple yield, this paper firstly made cluster analysis of 17 cities in Shandong province according to the main meteorological factors which effects the apple yield; and then according to the region division, built the prediction model of meteorological factors on apple yield. Based on the results of the analysis, divided the 17 cities into the following four categories:G1= {Jinan, Zaozhuang, Jining, Laiwu, Linyi};G2= {Zibo, Weifang, Taian, Dezhou, Binzhou, Heze};G3= {Dongying, Liaocheng};G4= {Yantai, Weihai, Qingdao, Rizhao}.On the basis of the 17 city cluster analysis results, this paper established models to predict the yield of different region based on meteorological factors. According to the main meteorological factors affecting the growth of apple, using integral regression and stepwise regression method, respectively established apple yield prediction model. Data analysis shows that, for 1G and2 G areas, there exists the general apple yield forecast model of meteorological factors, which will provide the basis for the development of apple industry and classification management.(3) Respectively research on the correlation of mineral element contents in soil and those corresponding mineral element contents in branches, leaves and fruits. The results of the study show that, if the element content of the nitrogen, calcium, iron, zinc, violent in soil is different, the correlation appears in different law; this conclusion has practical significance for guiding the rational fertilization in orchard.(4)Studied the correlation between trunk girth and soluble sugar content in fruit, concluded that soluble sugar had negative correlation with the natural logarithm with trunk girth; studied the correlation between crown height, trunk girth, crown diameter and fruit firmness, and got the result that fruit firmness and the three factors have negative correlation, which means that reasonably control crown height, crown diameter and fruit firmness has positive significance on improvement of the quality of apple fruit hardness. Studied the correlation between crown height, crown diameter, crown volume and fruit soluble solids, the results showed that the fruit soluble solids has positive correlation with crown height, increasing crown height to increase fruit ventilation and light transmission is beneficial to make fruit soluble fruit solids generated. Fruit soluble solids was negatively correlated to crown diameter and crown volume, that means properly decreasing the diameter of crown and canopy volume is beneficial to fruit soluble solids production; Following conclusions are obtained in the study on the correlation between leaf weight and Yield: for those orchards whose leaf weight are less than 900000 pieces per mu, the correlation between leaf weight and yield is not obvious; for those orchards whose leaf weight is more than 900000 pieces per mu, along with the increase of the quantity of leaves, yield first increased and then decreased. Based on the results, nonlinear regression equation was established, which can provide leaf number reference for high yield orchard.(5) For the first time, through using the relative light intensity measured in the crown, derived crown ineffective photosynthetic surface equation as follows:2 2 2x/ 5.579373 +(y +0.910655)/ 6.001532 +z/ 1.086148 =1From the equation we can see that this surface is an ellipsoid. This provides the theoretical basis for rational use of energy by using reasonable tree pruning and the crown size and shape adjusting.(6) Verified the rule that the light in apple canopy layer increase with depth according to the exponential attenuation. Let 0P be the crown outer surface of incident light intensity, P(x, y, z) is a point within the canopy, r is the distance from P to the crown base center, andiP is the light intensity of P, using the model ln P =ar +b, through the observation data, this study establishes the empirical equation of regression as:p -3.7802 +=1.2l 742 n r, that is 3.7802 1.2742 rP e- +=This result sheds the rule that the increasement of light in apple tree canopy layers attenuate according to the exponential rule with depth.(7)Using normalized product correlation image matching algorithm, we use digital image processing technology to identify apple pest information research. Using Wavelet transform for image preprocessing, using apple blue flea beetle as an example, content-based image retrieval application research has been conducted. Tests show that this method can significantly reduce the matching time.Through different tests with different Nprod coefficients of different pests, the results shows that the greater the Nprod coefficient between different pests is, the more accurate image matching. This provides a new way for apple pest content-based image retrieval.Database design is the core content of the construction of Apple professional information service system, the quality of the database structure design will influence directly on the efficiency and the realization of the application system. Considering the current decentralized management in apple fruit production, poor information sharing, aimed to provide accurate, quick and effective information services to the fruit growers, to provide decision-making basis for government departments, and to provide information resources to scientific research, this study established a multi information fusion, open and data-shared database which realized the longitudinally extending and transverse integration of industry professional information service and the whole industry chain of apple, grain, peanuts, tree and flowers and agricultural distribution in Shandong Province. Scientifically formulates Apple professional information database system framework, constructs the apple chain database group, to achieve the effective management of information resources. Using apple germplasm resources database and apple cultivation and management database as an example introduce the design process of the database.Finally, the article summarizes the findings and proposed deficiencies outlook studies and follow-up studies, in order to provide theoretical and practical basis for the development of agricultural information services in China.
