Innovation Of Tibet Medicine Industry On Technology, Industry, Political System And Empirical Research

To research the development of an industry, especially research from theory to practice on an industry which is in a developing, even economy-lag-region is a very hard research field. But if the research is successful, it will have important practical value and theoretic meaning on the development of the industry, on the improvement of economy of this region. For the above reasons, this dissertation chooses the development of Tibet Medicine Industry to be research topic. Tibet Medicine Industry is one of six pillar industry of Tibet municipality. Because Tibet is an economy-lag-region, the development of Tibet Medicine Industry is lagging too. Through long time thinking, reading and researching, the author chooses the field of industry innovation to research the development of Tibet Medicine Industry.Innovation is most crucial for the development of economy of a country, is most important for a region industry also. The research about innovation derived from Peter Bear from 20's of last century, almost 100 years gone. Form theory, method and practice, there are a lot of prominent researches. Those researches involved macro economy and micro economy, included economical theory and manage theory, used qualitative research method and quantitative research method. So to innovation on this field research is very difficult thing. Base on intensive reading, comparison and research of bibliographic, through deep survey and observation on enterprise and government, at last the author fixes on the following research design and content:Based on different research aims, the researches on innovation have a lot of different classification methods. For example, in terms of the main part of innovation, it can be classified into national government-oriented innovation, local government-oriented innovation and enterprise-oriented innovation. According to this kind of classification method, this dissertation is from 3 aspects to carry on research, includes:(1) the study on the synthesis technology ability of Tibetan Medicine Industry, and on the technical innovation of Tibetan medicine enterprises; (2) secondly, the study about the construction of Industrial innovation system on Tibetan Medicine Industry; (3) lastly, from government aspect to research the innovation of industrial management policy that is in favor of the development of Tibetan Medicine Industry.Firstly, the author makes the status quo analysis, and constructs econometrics model to measure how synthesis technology improvement contribute to the development of Tibet Medicine Industry, and analyzes. Secondly, the author constructs the Evaluation Index System and the Evaluation Model on innovation ability of Tibet Medicine Industry, then based on the system and model to carry on empirical analysis. Thirdly, the author constructs the Infra-Marginal Analyses Model to further research of the meaning and the improvement effect on the political system of Tibet Medicine Industry. Especially, the Infra-Marginal Analysis Model includes the Equilibrium Model and the Net Effect Model on labor-divide and specialization economy. At last, combining with the theory and practice research, the dissertation proposes a serial of applicable and feasible political suggestion and advice on innovation and development of Tibet Medicine Industry.Although using the Applied Production Function to measure synthesis technology improvement is a mature method, to measure Tibet Medicine Industry is a research innovation. The development of Tibet Medicine Industry dropped behind. Through much surveying, the dissertation got the conclusion that synthesis technology improvement only had 26.71% contribution to the development of Tibet Medicine Industry. Through Factor Analysis on all factors of the development of Tibet Medicine Industry, the author analysis that there are total 15 aspects of disadvantages existed, includes:the unreasonable industry layout, lack of influential research organization, low technological skill, short of efficient industry manage institution, and so on. Based on the status quo, the dissertation constructs Evaluation Index System and Evaluation Model to evaluation and to compare the Tibet Medicine Industry. From the comparison of landscape orientation, it found that the synthesis technology ability of Tibet Medicine Industry ranks the last one in nation. The Tibetan government should make more efforts to technology improvement and increase the innovation ability. From the vertical analysis, it found that the technology innovation ability of Tibet Medicine Industry gradually increase in 1995 to 2003. But from 1999 to 2003, the increasing speed is not rapid, which is hard to come true a great magnitude development. To achieve the aim of the development of Tibet Medicine Industry rapidly, the author analysis the system of Tibet Medicine Industry, and builds a innovation system, and make empirical research on two research organizations. The results show that because lack of efficiency innovation and cooperation between research organizations and enterprises, it resulted in that both of them is hard to get profit from their work. This phenomenon restricted the development of Tibet Medicine Industry seriously. The innovation of industry police is fundamental for industry development. The dissertation uses the Infra-Marginal Analysis Model to further the meaning of the political system of Tibet Medicine Industry. And, the Infra-Marginal Analysis Model analysis the Net Effect on labor-divide and specialization economy. The results show that on one hand the deal expenses of Tibet Medicine Industry is too high, but on the anther hand the deal efficiency is too low. So the Tibet government should fully play a main role to coordinate with the market. The government should set up well infrastructural facilities, improve transportation, increase urbanization, and set down political condition in favor of development of Tibet Medicine Industry. All efforts are to increase deal efficiency, and fully bring the Net Effect on labor-divide and specialization economy into pretty good play. At last, according to those theoretical and practical conclusions, the author proposes a serial of applicable and feasible political suggestion and advice on innovation and development of Tibet Medicine Industry.
