Study On The Price Regulation Of Chinese Telecommunications

The telecommunications industry has developed quickly in many countries with the economic globalization, and telecommunications service become an indispensable part of human life in modern society. The telecommunications industry becomes a national infrastructure that assures the development of all trades of national economy and society progress. Chinese government pays attention to the process of country's informalization in the Tenth and Eleventh Five-year Plans. The telecommunication industry need develop steadily because it is the basic net, sustentation platform and the core that push forward informationization. Chinese telecom industry faces new development chances and severe challenges after China entering WTO. Chinese telecom enterprises should improve their competitiveness rapidly because they are lack of competitiveness comparing to many national telecom enterprises. There is drastic competition after enrolling competition in Chinese telecom market. There are some problems of telecom tariff f that impede the development of Chinese telecommunication industry.This dissertation precedes from the actual problems of the price regulation of Chinese telecommunication, and then, studies the Malign Price competition and the price mode of mobile telephone in Chinese telecom market, which are important problems and point out the reasons and facing problems. The author puts forward the countermeasure combining with the development background of Chinese telecommunication industry and the actual position in telecom market in order to improve the competitiveness and develop steadily of our country's telecommunications industry.
