This thesis has studied resource consolidation decision of logistics service integrator(LSI).Combined with theoretical analysis in areas of management, operation research, system decision making, optimization modeling, integrating qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, LSI's service capability quantity and service time optimization problem was studied. The main contents and conclusions are as follows:First, based on LSI's three stages sourcing decision model under service demand information updating and logistics service provider (LSP) supply capacity constraint, optimal dynamic sourcing tactic was presented.The parameters of LSP capability cost and flexibility, demand information management capability parameters variation's effect on optimal sourcing strategy was analyzed. The research results show that:capacity sourcing quantity on the second stage has relationship with demand expected value observice temporality.The initial sourcing quantity on the first stage has connection with LSP capacity cost.In addition, increasing with LSI demand information management capability, LSI will choose lower cost LSP more than capacity flexibility's one.Second, in the text of uncertain LSP supply capacity and service demand,LSI's capacity sourcing and LSP's investment strategies model under Stackelberg leader-follower game was established.LSI and LSP optimal decision were analyzed under wholesale price contract and centralized decision mechanism. In order to realize LSI's capacity sourcing and LSP's investment strategy coordination, a sourcing expenses reimbursement based on revenue sharing contract was presented. It is shown that given some contract parameter and intervals the contract can realize supply chain coordination and Pareto improvement.Also numerical example show that LSI can effectively coordinate investment and sourcing risk by adjusting contract parameter according to supply and demand volatility,which will improve the efficiency of resource consolidation.Third, transportation and inventory cost optimization model constrained with service time window in the two-echelon supply chain logistics distribution network was constructed. The shipment vehicles were consolidated in the upstream of supply chain because of multiple shipping between supplier and consolidation centre.Hybrid genetic algorithm (HGA) was presented to solve the model. The computational results show the effectiveness of HGA in solving optimization model.Finally, LSP's optimization decision mechanism on logistics task assignment with service soft time window constraint was put forward. A multi-objective integration optimization model was established to maximize supply chain satisfaction degree and minimize LSI logistics cost. Non- dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm-â…¡was designed to solve this model. A numerical example indicated that, compared with supply chain logistics operation individual decision model, the model is helpful to realize collaboration of supply chain logistics process.
