Machine vision technology continues to mature, and its scope of application are increasingly being used, the current testing has been successfully used in the industrial areas, such as product quality and appearance of packaging and printing testing and beverage container industry, quality inspection, beverage filling detection, beverages sealing materials testing, timber inspection, semiconductor integrated block package quality inspection and quality control rolled steel, shaft parts dimensional inspection, small parts dimensional inspection, etc., subject to working conditions and other factors, on-line non-contact detection has long been the application of the machine vision applied research hot spots.This paper is based on geometrical optics and computer vision technology to study the parameters of a rotating object plane non-contact measurement method. Measured using laser irradiation to the surface, upon the measured object surface reflection of light exposure to a specially designed form a spot on the receiver screen, and then use CCD cameras capture images and spot the trajectory through the digital image processing to obtain the displacement of changes in spot volume, the final spot displacement according to the change in an object plane to determine parameters, to achieve non-contact measurement. Study the establishment of a rotating object plane parameters measured mathematical model developed the corresponding experimental measurement system and spot acquisition system, developed to deal with spot images and extract the trajectory changes in spot volume displacement of the software. Under the same experimental conditions, comparison of eddy current sensor measurements, the final adoption of Chang Cheng-Friends of the camera calibration method for measuring objects measured calibration experiments, three kinds of methods to measure the result is consistent.The main subject of research work and conclusions are as follows:1. Based on geometric optics principle to establish the parameters of the planar non-contact measurement of mathematical model. And to further refine the model to establish the corresponding equations are derived solving, provides a theoretical basis for measurement.2. The design parameters of non-contact measurement of planar experimental system, measuring system consists of two main parts of hardware and software, the hardware part of that image acquisition system, from the semiconductor laser, the measured object, bench, receiving screen, CCD camera, image acquisition card computer composition; software portion of the image processing and analysis system that carried out the theory of plane parameters of solution and data analysis.3. Realized the disc saw the establishment of dynamic measurement system and experimental measurements. The use of optical path in the geometric layout parameters and to establish reflection spot and the various parameters of the relationship between the mathematical model plane; the use of CCD cameras for image acquisition, real-time reflection spot. Then use the software system to spot images in image processing to obtain the actual displacement of the spot to carry out repeated tests and data processing, and systematically amended to carry out the structural dynamic measurement system design.4. In the same experimental conditions, under the premise installation of electric eddy current sensor vibration displacement measurements obtained by the use of this curve and saw Amplitude measurement methods to obtain a comparative analysis of the amplitude of the curve, verification based on geometric optics and image processing plane Parameter Measurement technology is feasible.5. At last, Camera Calibration Zhengyou Zhang thinking of experimental calibration measurement object, also confirmed the plane parameters proposed in this paper non-contact measurement method is accurate and feasibility.
