Mass media has been always expected to be an independent power to boost social development. Owing to different political and economic system, mass media work in different environment. The path to the expectation is systematically different. That is why Chinese communication theorists' attention were more and more paid on an 'localized sight'.The thesis focused on the relationship between China's mass media and enterprises' development under the circumstance of economic transferring and development. The competition between countries is that between their enterprises. Under Planning economic system, China's enterprises were holy owned and operated by the government and has been passively waiting for a saver recharging their energy. During the 20-years reformation, China's enterprises were grow up to be the principle part in the socialistic market economic system. What role did mass media play on China's enterprises' evolution and development? and how?With China is experiencing its economic reformation and development, the society is restructured and mass media is playing an active role in a reshaped environment. Being reshaped in the social and economic system, enterprises are now the important part of media's operating environment. The second objective of the following thesis is to explain the bidirectional relationship between China's mass media and enterprises.The first chapter will look backward at the theoretical conclusion in the field of 'media and the society' and 'mass media and social development'. The second is a subject research on how to nationally communicate the development agenda to help China enterprises informationized. The third is a comprehensive analysis on a representative research of which the topic is 'the relationship between mass media and enterprises'.The thesis aims to a localized research path to a localized research in the context of China's economic transferring and development.
