For many years the theoretical research on Common Universities and Colleges Public PE textbook design in China keeps relatively weak and can't instruct practical operation effctively, The repetitive design of low-level textbooks is far from the requirements of the College Public PE Curriculum and cannot meet the needs of students'acquisition of PE knowledge. In face of the new curriculum reform, it turns out to be not only the urgent need for theoretical research but also the strong call for the curriculum practice that how the PE textbook design can fully embody the students'development-oriented philosophy and promote students'active learning and overall development with the guidence of the outlook of scientific development.Through the research methods such as literatures, survey, action and case study,This dissertation try to gain suggestion on how to construct the design process and the practical strategy to instruct prictice.It's results as follow:First:Through the general analysis of the Common Universities and Colleges Public PE Textbooks. It points out that the reality of the textbook design can't be satisfied and the design toward the students turns out to be not only an inevitable trend on the new curriculum reform background, but also the strong demand of students'self-development.Second:The Rationale of Students-oriented Textbook Design are the viewpoint of learning theory, teaching theory, constructivism theory, and development psychology together with its revelation to textbook design, which provides theoretical guidance for students-oriented textbook design.The third states clearly that the nature of the the students-oriented PE textbook is the"dialogue" between teachers and students;and the ultimate function of students-oriented PE textbook during the teaching process is to promote students'active learning and overall development through its facilitatesThe fouth points out the concrete strategies of the students-oriented PE textbook design, its course comprises seven stages, and four aspects, namely, the establishment of textbook goal, the selection, organization and presentation of the textbook content and their relations.Finally this dissertation gives the principles, standards and methods of evaluation in order to ensure the textbooks to be more scientific, objective and all-round.
