So, dialogue has become a concept with profound implication, it is an attitude, a relationship, a means to survival, a idea and spirit. Dialogue management is a application and response of the idea and spirit of dialogue. It is a new paradigm beyond the scientific management and people-oriented management. This new paradigm is an inter-subjectivity management internalizing the subjectivity management, it pursues humanism based on Scientism. Accordingly, Dialogue management for college students is a new paradigm of management reflecting the characteristics of the times, the intrinsic nature of college students and the inherent demands of the popularization of higher education for solving the current issues in management of college students.
