As our society entered a new era, dialogue has become a way to survival. Contemporary dialogic philosophy has revealed the essence and characteristic of our age, expanded the new visions of human thinking, led to the revolution of the paradigm Of human thinking. So, dialogue has become a concept with profound implication, it is an attitude, a relationship, a means to survival, a idea and spirit. Dialogue management is a application and response of the idea and spirit of dialogue. It is a new paradigm beyond the scientific management and people-oriented management. This new paradigm is an inter-subjectivity management internalizing the subjectivity management, it pursues humanism based on Scientism. Accordingly, Dialogue management for college students is a new paradigm of management reflecting the characteristics of the times, the intrinsic nature of college students and the inherent demands of the popularization of higher education for solving the current issues in management of college students. It is an innovation to traditional systems of management of college students, Especially in the management ideas, objectives, methods and practice mechanisms so on. As a new idea and thinking, it has a revolutionary significance to current management of college students in our country.The dissertation consists of seven parts:Introduction discusses the reasons and origins of this topic, the current situation of relevant studies at home and abroad, the theoretical and pratical values, the thinking structure, the main methods of this study. Meanwhile, it defines the core concepts of this paper.Chapter one discusses the necessity of dialogue management for college students. Dialogue spirit is the requirements of the times. The new dialogic times has laid the background and basis for dialogue management for college students. Strong dialogic characters of contemporary college students is the most direct intrinsic Evidences. The popularization of higher education appeals for Performing dialogue management for college students, also. However, because of the spread of instrumental rationality and the profound impact of traditional official Official-based culcure, it lacks this dialogue spirit in current mananement of college students in our country, has produced a single, closed-monologue management pattern, resulted in serious harms, to dialogue has become an inevitable choice. Dialogue is not only a good way to avoid the problems ang drawbacks but also can be a benign endogenous mechanism in management of college students.Chapter two probes theoretical basis and the logical origin of dialogue management for college students. With subjectivity Philosophy entering into the plight, a new revolution had been starting, that is the intersubjectivity shift of western philosophy. Dialogue Philosophy, especially Martin Buber' dialogue philosophy is the symbol of the completion of this shift. Internalizing and surpassing over the subjectivity ,it is a new thinking paradigm for its sublating to the subject-object binary mode of thinking. Dialogue management is the theoretical basis of dialogue management for college sudents, and its intersubjectivity is the logical origin of dialogue management for college students.Chapter three explores the intrinsic logic, idea systems and new characters of the new paradigm of dialogue management for college students. From the perspective of the unity of history and logic, it has been revealed that dialogue management is a new trend of the development of management history, is a new paradigm integrating and surpassing over the scientific management and people-oriented management, and it has the horizon today. Dialogue management for college students comprises a series of new ideas such as "I - you" idea, intersubject idea ,ideas of democracy and equality, spiritual meeting idea, criticism and surpassing idea, meaning generating idea, ecology idea and harmony idea so on. Correspondingly, it has some new characteristics, that is innovative character, constructive nature, life orientation and returning to the living world.Chapter four analyses the objectives of dialogue management for college students. These objectives are dynamic and multi-level, including basic objectives, generating objectives and ultimate objectives. The basic objectives consist of the constructing of students' knowledge, the training of dialogic concepts and abilities and the developing of irrational factors.The generating objectives include the perfecting of students' personalities, constructing of the possible living ang the persuing of value and significance of life. The ultimate objectives lie in two aspects: one is the culturing of students'dialogic ration ang the guiding of their dialogic life, the other is the constructing and developing of the subject of person. The latter's ultimate objectives are to generate "dialogic person", not only contemporary, but also in the future. The "dialogic person" Contains the most profound purport of the theory ang practice of dialogue management for college students.Chapter five presents the methods of dialogue management for college students. These methods include suspending assumptions of our thoughts, attentively listening, information opening, internet dialogue, respectfor differences, participatory thought and Students' participating so on. The center of these methods lies in the transformation of the way of management from traditional administrative means mainly by ordering and disciplining to dialogic means which orient to Discussion and guide, through dialogic ways resulting in voluntary actions.Chapter six constructs practical mechanisms of dialogue management for college students. It summarizes the elements of a genuine dialogue: equality, turn to the others piritually, interactivity, sincerity and meeting. According to this standard, several forms of false dialogue in practice of management of college students are revealed and analysed. This article has presented the gateway to dialogic awakening of managers of college students, put forward the safeguards of the dialogic mechanism of management regulations on college students. Finally, this dissertation advocates to construct university campus culture into a Dialogic Community, which is a cultural atmosphere of dialogue management for college students.
