Coming into the information society, we are faced with an increasingly democratic and free environment, which is social, cultural and educational, the Information Technology Education is in a transitional period, different areas have started the curriculum reform, with the impact of the new curriculum ideas and the interference of traditional education opinions, issues of different levels have emerged in the Information Technology Education. The attempt of cooperative learning, inquiry learning and other education approaches provides an opportunity for the Educational Dialogue. The challenges for the Education, especially for the Information Technology Education, which the Information Age brings about, lead to more and more teaching conflicts. Therefore, in this constitution teachers would like to use the Educational Dialogue in their teaching consciously or unconsciously. In face of masses of information, students with different upbringing experiences and values. Which teacher can dare to claim that they have a clear understanding of all the students, know everything about them and can meet all their learning needs?I believe that the Educational Dialogue is a teaching activity,which is teachers and students under the guidance of the dialogue philosophy, respect the differences between each other, create a conversation situation based on the text, start an interactive dialogue about a certain topics, through active learning, cooperative learning, reflective learning, with the help of language, facial expressions, posture and other forms of expression, stimulate the exchange of different thoughts and opinions,internalize the knowledge.and complete the construction of f relations, meaning and self. In this article, I will combine the characters of Information Technology discipline, to extend the affects of Educational Dialogue from the traditional three main affects such as teachers, students, text to teachers, students, text, technology, the four main affects. The form of dialogue expression is no longer just the language, particularly including eye, gestures and other silent language.From Socrates, John Dewey to Freire, from linguistics, education, philosophy, constructivism to postmodern, different areas of knowledge, different 1 levels of disciplines, calling for Educational Dialogue is not one or two days. In this article, I will analyze the current problems in the Information Technology Education from the perspective of dialogue. The first chapter will mainly descript the importance and necessity of the application of the Educational Dialogue in the Information Technology discipline; the second chapter will focus on introducing Dialogue and Educational Dialogue, and from the point view of anthropology, education, psychology given the theoretical basis of teaching dialogue; the third chapter, I will from the point view of teacher-student relationship (teacher authority and knowledge authority existence), the status and characteristics of Information Technology discipline, the relationship between technology and the teaching content of Information Technology, and emotional care in Information Technology Education, to analyze the current problems in the application of the Educational Dialogue in the Information Technology discipline and make the reasons explained; basing on the third chapter, in the fourth chapter,considering the abilities of teachers and students which will affect the outcome of Educational Dialogue, I suggest that teachers can improve their dialogue abilities through internalizing theories of the new curriculum,learning the West Educational Dialogue-related theories or other channels, students can construct their dialogue capacities through Information Technology classroom, the integration of Information Technology with curriculum classroom, Information Technology extra-curricular classes (such as community education, family education) and other channels; in the fifth chapter I will give an instructional design case which employs the Educational Dialogue Theory; The sixth chapter is a summary and outlook of this article, which points out the deficiencies of this paper and the future endeavors.
