Chinese National Education Administrative System Research

In the current dissertation ethnic area refers to autonomous minority regions. By the end of 2004, there are altogether 155 autonomous minority areas, including 5 autonomous regions, 30 autonomous prefectures and 120 autonomous counties. The ethnic area covers about 64% of the total area of the country, which is one of the strategically important parts of China. The development of ethnic area is of vital significance to the unification, progresses and prosperousness of the whole country. Education in ethnic area is a special part of China's education, and its development is highly related to the economical and social progress. Educational administration institution of ethnic area is a kind of direct instrument or mechanism to allocate educational resource in ethnic area, and decisively benefits the educational resource in ethnic area. Integrating the theories and methods of administration with the science of law, pedagogy and new institutional economics, the current thesis will perform a synthetically study on the educational administration institution in ethnic area.The present thesis includes eight chapters (including the preamble introduction ) and an epilog, which can be divided into five parts:The first part has only one chapter, namely Chapter One: The preamble introduction, which is a general introduction of the whole thesis, and also the preparatory part in this thesis. This part makes a brief introduction concerning the following aspects: rationale for the current topic, main contents and significance of the current research, basic concepts in the study, reviews of the related study, research methods, and also the logical structure of this thesis. It also makes a brief basic theoretical introduction for new institutional economics and explains the ways of its application in the research.
