Neijing "evil" Concept Study

Xie is an ordinary concept and word in Chinese traditional culture. Huangdi Neijing inherits the inside information of Chinese traditional culture. It used Qi to explain universe and nature and life. As a part of Qi, Xie became an original concept of TCM. Xie is an important and basic concept in the whole disease course. It has important significance and effect to the forming and development of TCM theory system.Along with continuous development and movement of era,the mode of thinking and cognizing and condition of language of modernist had more different from the ancients'. Xie in Huangdi Neijing was a concept before two thousands. The modernists have a few warp in unscrambling its meaning.At present, Xie is deemed to cause of disease in teaching material. That correlation literature unscrambled Xie isn't entire and specific, it is lack of depth and system too. There are great difference in the point of view of understanding the cause of disease between TCM and Western medicine. Some scholar cited information of Western medicine and modern science; they confuse Xie in TCM with pathogeny in Western medicine. This restrict that people learn and handle and progress the theory of TCM.The idea of Xie starts with Huangdi Neijing, because it brings this Xie in the theory of TCM. This paper neatened and excavated sentence that related Xie. It discusses learning meaning of the Xie's concept; it found the basic cause about forming of the Xie theory of TCM.This paper discussed broad sense Xie in Huangdi Neijing, in spite of having Xie this word or not, what the content related to disease rooting in Xieqi is all in range of our discussing. In Huangdi Neijing'era, there were unique literature and philosophy character and thinking mode. Through analyzing this knowledge, I found some inherent character of the TCM Xie. Through researching the forming of disease and developing and treating, I took cognizance of the science connotation of TCM Xie. This paper also discussed the developing and consummating of TCM Xie after Huangdi Neijing.In Huangdi Neijing, the Xie was a concept which relatives to Zhengqi. It described the character of Xie from time and space. The idea of human-environmental inter relation is very important to know the character of TCM Xie. Huangdi Neijing attached importance to the change of function, when Xieqi attack individual and result in disease. It takes no account of the substance of Xieqi.At present, in a good many scientific research experiment task, Xieqi frequently is equated with six climate exopathogens. This thinking lapse from tenet of TCM, So these researches will not help improving Basic Theory of TCM. In this thesis, we definitude and entirely define Xieqi of TCM. Xieqi of TCM is relatively to Zhengqi, not only it involves the physics factor of weather condition and those causes of disease that were cognized by modern medical, for example, bacteria and virus and microbe etc, but also it is a cause of disease mode that is patient's reaction to Xieqi. Herbalist doctor estimate which Xieqi cause disease by patient's reaction to Xieqi and description of himself to malaise. We can define a set of symptom to someone especially Xieqi mode, and use it to guide treat of disease.Through analyzing the philosophy and culture foundation of TCM Xieqi theory caused. Author thinks that the Xieqi's concept has many inherent characters. Entire understanding these characters is foundation to know treatment based on syndrome in TCM.
