Thus, seek the development of theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine under the guidance of more overall thinking. Under the present medical system, it is a try that seeks new thinking and route for the clinical practice traditional Chinese medicine.Method:In the part of the literature, this study begins from China's traditional culture, probe into the theoretical and clinical practice traditional Chinese medicine "an organic whole of heart body" , With modern "Psychosomatic medicine" ,With the western psychological relevant theories in order to consult, put the form of present of psychological thought of TCM in order in the whole theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine and its develop from ancient times to the present in system.In the clinical research part, collect 73 clinic SLE patients in the department of internal medicine and "pyreticosis" of first affiliated hospital of Guangzhou university of traditional Chinese medicine. Through basic information, receive the patient's general situation; Through the standard psychological scale, includingSAS, SDS, SCL-90, EPQ, PSSS, obtain SLE patient's anxiety, depression, individual character, psychological health, the situation of social support; According to the four methods of diagnosis materials and the idea of fixed Chinese medicine doctor to confirming the patient's card type; Confirm its activity of lupus according to the patient's symptom physical sign and laboratory.
