| 1.ObjectivesTreating diseasse by acupuncture is very important in history.but, nowadays, at the circumstance of economy market, the development of acupuncture decline. there are different reasons for that. But the literatures analysis and research about clinic acupuncture development are mostly scattered. The present work is the study of acupuncture serving development status. In this study, I analyse the clinic statistic datum of twelve acupuncture departments of the third-level hospitals in Beijing in 2006, the datum of acupuncture and massage feasible techniques in rural area through investigate and questionnaire. I can ascertain the acupuncture current status and developing trend, analyse policy evoluation, medical treatment system, medical reform and acupuncture system specialty through questionnaire and research of acupuncture frameworks, administer in hospital, doctors and sufferers.etc. so I can find the issues and sticking points that influence acupuncture development. Bring forward the viewpoint that acupuncture should serve for community, society and everyman. at the same time, I point out models that acupuncture developing in cities and countries.2.Methods2.1 Literatures analysisThe current clinical acupuncture developing status from the Literatures of Chinese acupuncture clinical trails were searched from the year of 1978 to 2006 in CBM, and also literatures of foreign acupuncture clinical trails were searched from the year of 1973 to 2006 in PubMed. And the literatures from the year 1994 to up to the present in CNKI. Eliminate the same literatures and resemble ones by handwork.2.2 Investigate researchIncluding subject investigate research and correlation research through questionnaire analysis of doctors and sufferers, I adopt convenience sample and transect investigate method.Subject investigate research aim at twelve third-level hospitals, including nine western medicine hospitals and three traditional Chinese medicine hospitals. Through questionnaire research of《sufferers questionnaire of current acupuncture clinical status in Beijing》and 《doctors questionnaire of current acupuncture clinical status in Beijing》,I trained someone with special knowledge assigned for a task to research sufferers and doctors. There are 1050 sufferers'questionnaires and 100 doctors'questionnaires.at the same time, I interviewed 2 acupuncture departments in hospital.Correlation research adopt questionnaire and interview medthods. Research acupuncture and massage feasible techniques in rural area,analyse and estimate generalize value of acupuncture and massage feasible techniques.2.3 Individual interviewAccording to objective sample method, I choose one acupuncture department in third-level traditional Chinese medicine hospital and one acupuncture department in third-level western medicine hospital according to random sample.Through talking with doctors and sufferers,I try to find issues about acupuncture development status nowadays.3. ResultsThere are the differentia and common ground of clinical acupuncture service between city and rural area.to recognize the clinical acupuncture service not only sufferers but also doctors is the common ground.The differentia is acupuncture sufferers'different characteristic between city and rural area.The issues of acupuncture service in city:The charge of acupuncture items with different treatment methods have no difference in levels at all;at current hospital administer model, it is not suit for acupuncture development. Acupuncture item charge issue must be settled, it is the important bottle-neck that restrict clinical acupuncture service. Adding sickrooms in hospital is needed and acupuncture department should resolve the matter of using one-off needle;propagandizing about acupuncture and enhancing level of acupuncture curative effect are very important.The issues of acupuncture service in rural area:there are undefined about the medical treatment frameworks between County, villages and towns, thorp for generalizing the items of acupuncture and massage feasible techniques. No specific items for three different area and for doctor with different skill level. Some hospitals have not appliance and special traditional Chinese medicine. Doctors in grass roots welcome the acupuncture and massage feasible techniques, but education model and methods don't suit for them. Results of individual interview:at the same or alike condition, the hospital development mostly lies on administration themselves and recognition degree of hospital administer.4. Conclusions and advices4.1 ConclusionsSanitation policy and acupuncture system specialty:acupuncture development lack advantage policy, investment and compensation for acupuncture are always deficiency, the charge standard of acupuncture items is inconsequence.The reason of hospital itself:because of the acupuncture mechanism unclear and characters of acupuncture itself. Media propagandize deficiency and charge too low, small scale of income for hospital,etc. All of those influence administers'decision-making for acupuncture department and restrict the development of acupuncture department.The reason of acupuncture system itself:the time arrangement of acupuncture diagnosis and treatment restrict it's development;there are a number of factors restrict development of acupuncture. Include:lacking acupuncture industry advantage;difficult affirm for acupuncture effect; insufficient media propagandize and low skill level of doctors.The reason of common people congnition:misapprehending departure for acupuncture and mistake to medicine science, blind faith for western medicine.4.2 AdvicesThe model of clinical acupuncture service in city:to adopt property right innovation, collecting money by different way and building diagnosis and treatment center in big city;to adopt acupuncture service and come into community hospital for all of city;Chooseing and cultivating some doctor with speciality advantage to work In community hospital;to build several acupuncture special center with high charge for people with advanced service in some area.Improvement aspects:to resolve charge criterion and to make sure the expense adscription of one-off needles;to pay attention to management of interior acupuncture system.The model of clinical acupuncture service in rural area and improvement aspect:we should take the county traditional Chinese medicine hospital as leader and drive the development of villages and towns acupuncture service;to cultivate acupuncture's pivot and to take acupuncture and massage feasible techniques in rural area as support techniques items.Driving most acupuncture doctors improve their skill through the acupuncture pivots;making use of acupuncture and massage feasible techniques in rural area, coming into being the model of villages and towns acupuncture service defend and control disease.Improvement aspects in rural area:continue observing the medical effect,to broaden propagandize,to generalize the appropriate manner of study, to distinguish applied range for different feasible techniques, to carry out proper appliance and traditional chinese medicine,to choose appropriate cultivate doctors model and to open up intercommunion between city and the rural area.
