| Objects:1. To interpret the objective character of the development of formulae, and then the knowledge system of the Chinese traditional medicine(TCM), which will influence the analyzing of the development of formula-ology as well as all the subjects to study TCM.2. To initiate the point that to study or consider the essence of the development of TCM through different angles, which, based on the development of the history of TCM, can help the transition of whose emphasis from studying the technological cases themselves to their external backgrounds including cultural background and environmental one.3. Based on the relationship between the changing of climate in ancient China and the development of exterior resolving formulae, to re-discuss the two disagreements, one is between the warm disease school and cold damage school, the other is between the usage of classical formulae and non-classical formulae.4. To study the development of external resolving method from the viewpoint of meteorology, so as to clarify the main and deep factors that influence the development of formulae as well as the whole TCM knowledge system.5. Based on the changing of climate in ancient China, to re-classify all the external resolving formulae, which can promote interpretation of theory on diaphoresis.Methods1.
