The Study Of The Resolving-Turbidity-and-Dredging-Collateral Formula’s Influence On Efficacy And Flammatory Factors In Old People With Hyperlipidemia The Syndrome Of Phlegm And Stagnated Blood

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical curative effect of Resolving-Turbidity-and-Dredging-Collateral formula in treatment of hyperlipidermia with the syndrome of phlegm and stagnated blood in TCM symptoms,TC,TG,LDL,HDL,hs-CRP,L-6,TNF-a and to evaluate its safety,provide the new thinking of diagnosis and treatment of Chinese medicine for the treatment of hyperlipidemia in the elderly..MethodsThe trial included 60 patients that met the hyperlipidemia diagnostic criteria and phlegm and stagnated blood syndrome of TCM diagnostic criteria,randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group have 30 people.Patients in control group were treated with Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets,treatment group on the basis of the control group treated with Resolving-Turbidity-and-Dredging-Collateral formula two groups were in four weeks course of treatment were observed.Two groups were observed before and after treatment of TCM syndrome integral,TC,TC,LDL,HDL,hs-CRP,IL-6,TNF-a and other indicators of change,and to determine the adverse reactions and patient’s compliance.Finally,all the data were analyzed by SPSS19.0 statistical software.ResultsThere have no significant difference between the observation group and the control group in age、sex、TCM symptoms score、TC before treatment、TG before treatment、LDL before treatment、HDL before treatment and inflammatory factors(P>0.05),and the two groups were comparable.TCM symptom scores and syndrome curative effect:The observation group and the control group after treatment of TCM symptom scores were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The syndrome curative effect:the total efficiency of the observation group is 96.3%,while the control group is 73.3%,without the distributions compared significant difference,which means the observation group has higher total efficiency than that of the control group(P<0.05).The hypolipidemic effects:observation group and control group after treatment in patients with TC,TG,LDL,HDL were significantly decreased(P<0.01),between the two groups after treatment,the observation group improved TC,LDL than the control group had significant difference(P<0.05),improve TG,HDL had no significant difference(P>0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.7%,while the control group was 80%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The changes of inflammatory factors:observation group and control group after treatment in patients with hs-CRP and IL-6 levels were significantly lower than that before treatment,there was significant difference in hs-CRP,IL-6 compared with before treatment(P<0.05);but the TNF-α compared with before treatment had no significant difference(P>0.05);between the two groups after treatment,hs-CRP,IL-6 have statistical difference(P<0.05),while TNF-ahas no statistical significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion1.The Resolving-Turbidity-and-Dredging-Collateral formula can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of TCM.2 Resolving-Turbidity-and-Dredging-Collateral formula can improve the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis in hyperlipemia in patients with TC,LDL.3 Resolving-Turbidity-and-Dredging-Collateral formula can improve the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis in hyperlipemia in patients with hs-CRP、IL-6.4 Resolving-Turbidity-and-Dredging-Collateral formula is safe and effective in the treatment of hyperlipidemia.
