| Objective Trying to find out the Traditional Chinese Medical Pathologensis of Erectile Dysfunction(ED). To study the mechanism of Erectile Dysfunction in cell and molecular Level and clarify the mechanism of Xing Ling prescription Treatment Erectile Dysfunction.Methods The experiment observed the normal rats and the castrated rats partly. The normal rats was random divided into 4 group: control group, testosterone propionate group,Nanbao group, Xing ling prescription group. Each has 10 rats,another 10 rats was normal control group. (1) Physical stimulating the rats' penile,observing reflectivity erection of penis; having electric stimulate penis to observe the latent period erection and ejaculation of penis;Rut female rats evoke male rats to mate,observe male rats' mate ability and mate number of times, (2)using radioimmunochemistry to detect Leptin, FSH,LH, blood sugar and blood-lipo content of the rats' blood serum. (3)Taking radioimmunochemistry to detect the expression of ET-1 and using in situ hybridization to detect the expression of NOSmRNA in rats' penile .Results (1)Xing Ling prescription can reinforce the normal and castrated rats' penile erctile numbers, shorten the latent period of penile erctile, elongate the latent period of ejaculation and renforce the mate ability, proximity to Viagra; for castrated rats ,Xing Ling prescription' s effect was proximity to testosterone propionate, better than Nanbao. (2) Xing Ling prescription can reduce the content of Leptin,FSH, LH .increase the content of T ,its effect was better than Nanbao. The content of Leptin, FSH, LH, Blood sugar and Cholesterol in model rats blood-serum increase significantly, Xing Ling prescription was no influence on Blood sugar and Blood-lipo. (3)Xing Ling prescription can decrease the expression of ET-1 in normal rats' penile significantly, increase the expression of NOSmRNA .Model rats' ET-1 increase significantly while Xing Ling prescription has no influence on it;model rats' expression of NOSmRNA decrease significantly, Xing Ling prescription can increase the expression of NOSmRNA, its effect was proximity to testosterone propionate, better than Nanbao.Conclusion We first suggest the basic Traditional Chinese Medical Pathologensis of Erectile Dysfunction: Ben was in spleen and kidney, Biao was in heart and liver. Form the research ,we can suggest the mechanisim was versatile. The gonad axial function's disorder ,the expression of NOSmRNA reduced and ET-l's expression increased , Leptin,Blood sugar and Cholesterol's changes were all the important agents. It suggested the Xing Ling prescription can activate the pass of L-Arginine-NO-cGMP, increase the normal and castrated rats'mate abilityto treat the Erectile Dysfunction. The results reveal the scientific content of the Traditional Chinese Medical Pathologensis of Erectile Dysfunction. |
