BackgroundWith the improvement of people's living standards, people's demands on the quality of life are getting higher and higher. And now men's health is being valued more highly.Erectile dysfunction is one of the most complex disorders in men's health. It has been established that the no-cgmp pathway plays an important role in male penile erection. The production of NO is mainly catalyzed by three different enzymes.ENOS and iNOS mainly exist in normal tissues, while iNOS are mainly produced after being served by relevant inflammatory mediators.Likewise, numerous studies have shown that testosterone plays an important role in penile erection. In this paper, the relationship among groups of nitric oxide, inducible nitric oxide synthase and testosterone was analyzed by EHS erectile hardness classification methodsAccording to the clinic patients with EHS survey information collection, the four levels of patients according to EHS separately divided into group A and group B,C group and the control group, and then collected venous blood,NO and iNOS,and testosterone value examination, compare different level of EHS,the three indicators have correlation.ResultsIn the EHS level of penile erectile function, the value of NO in the venous blood of erectile function level 1 was statistically significant compared with that of the normal control group. In iNOS,there were statistically significant differences in the content of iNOS between group A and group C and between group A and the control group(P < 0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in serum testosterone in each group.conclusionThere is a correlation between NO and iNOS and penile erectile function, and among the patients with poor erectile function, the content of NO is low and the content of iNOS is high. There was no statistically significant difference in testosterone between patients with organic erectile dysfunction and the normal control group after age and internal secretory disease were excluded.
