Homemade With The Edge Of The Needle Treatment Of Humeral Epicondylitis 156 Cases

The paper consists of clinical studies about external humeral epicondylitis and discussions on it and addenda. The clinical study analysed the pathogeny of external humeral epicondylitis,the symptoms and diagnostic criterion and differential diagnose,compared effect of self-made blade-needle on external humeral epicondylitis with that of small needle scalpel ,the results showed that 147 cases of 156 were cured, 9 of 156 were improved by the self-made blade-needle ,the total effective rate was 100%. 44 cases of 48 were cured, 2 of 48 were improved by the small needle scalpel, the total effective rate was 96%.It indicates that the effect of the self-made blade-needle on tennis elbow is excellent, and the self-made blade-needle is worth using widely. The part of discussions analised the basic theory,mecha-ntsm of treatments and the benefits of self-made-blade-needle. There were three addenda.The first addendum analised the relative anatomic construction.The second addendum previewed the treatments of external humeral epicondylitis.The third was about application of small needle scalpel to diseases of skeleton system (including cervical spondy-lopathy, scapulohumeral periarthritis, tendinitis, external humeral epicondylitis, disorder of small joints of thoracic vertebra, disorder of small joints of lumbar vertebra, tenosynovitis stenosans, prolapse of lumbar intervertebral, acute or chronic sprain of lumbar muscle and fascia, injury of the lateral collateral ligament of the knee joint, patella rchondromalicia syndrome, osgoodschlatter syn-drome), to diseases of the nerve system(including headache, fothergill's syndrome, sciatica), to internal diseases(including fever, asthma, impotency),to surgical diseases (including furuncle), to dermatoses(including acne, infectious rnolluscum),to diseases of the rectum and anus(including hemorrhoid, anusitis, anal fissure).
