The main factors and parameters, which influence the leaf peeling effects, were advanced; the working disciplinarians of main factors such as the variety of sugarcane, the material and the arrange form of leaf peeling components, space between peeling components, the rotate speed of leaf peeling roller, the available length of the leaf peeling brush and the feeding density of the sugarcane were analyzed carefully; also the movement and force bearing state of sugarcane during the process of leaf peeling were analyzed, and the combing times of the combing brush was discussed.The conclusion drawn from the experimental research was that the leaf peeling process of sugarcane was consisted of three stage, including the stage of compaction, lancination and dragging, and throwing back of sugarcane leaves.The appropriate rotate speed range for the leaf peeling roller were different when different leaf peeling materials were used, the optimal roller speed for the material of...
