Industrial park is an important clustering form of enterprises in space, and undertakes a series of important missions such as gathering innovation resources, incubating emerging industries, promoting urbanization, which is also an important carrier of China’s strategy of “powerful manufacturing country”. It has become an important way to upgrade national and regional industrial structure and improve comprehensive competitiveness to promote the development of industrial parks. However, clustering of enterprises in location does not lead to competitive advantage directly. There are problems of weak agglomeration effect, insufficient use of idle resources, loose regional connection in most of China’s industrial parks due to poor communication and lacking cooperation, which restrain the sustainable development and growth. Cloud manufacturing is an innovative idea and service system that can share resources effectively and utilize resources according to needs. Therefore cloud manufacturing was introduced to cooperation of enterprises in industrial parks in this paper, so as to promote enterprises’ cooperation ability and improve the agglomeration advantage of industrial parks.The concept of cloud manufacturing is developed, and the cooperation pattern of enterprises in industrial parks based on cloud manufacturing is classified into two major categories: connotative cooperation and extensional cooperation. The cooperation platform of enterprises in industrial parks is designed to realize overall management of resources of enterprises and assignment according to needs. The construction principles, system structure, and running pattern are discussed. Realization ideas of key technical problems such as resource virtualization, task decomposition, resource allocation, and trustworthiness evaluation are put forth, and a basic model describing the process from cooperation requesting to completing is built.An optimization model including task decomposition, task recombination and resource allocation is put forward. An original task is first divided into a series of meta-tasks according to relationships between sub-tasks. Then a task recombination method considering constraints of resources is presented to cluster meta-tasks to task-clusters with proper size. Furthermore, mapping between task-clusters and virtual resource-packages are optimized to find an optimal allocation by taking cost, time, quality and trustworthiness as objectives. The proposed model refines the searching space effectively and reduces the complexity of the optimization problem.A cooperation trust worthiness evaluation model based on risk assessment is developed. A method to gather information for trustworthiness evaluation is decided, and a framework of trustworthiness evaluation is designed according to the operation mechanism of the cooperation platform. Also an indexing system of global trustworthiness evaluation is constructed, which takes the attenuation effect with time and risk fluctuation into account, and is able to reflect the credibility of enterprises.A cooperation solution of enterprises in Industrial Park A of Chongqing is studied with the above method. Requisites to construct cooperation platform are explored, and then solutions of cooperation platform, resource allocation and trustworthiness evaluation are scheduled, which validates the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed cooperation pattern of enterprises in industrial parks based on cloud manufacturing.
