With the rapid development of information and internet technology, cloud computing and internet of things accelerate the combination with the modern manufacturing. They are facilitating the manufacturing mode forwards digitization, network and intelligent. As the backbone power in manufacturing industry, automotive manufacturing is an important symbol of national productivity all the time. Facing by the great competitiveness from international automotive groups, Chinese automotive manufacturers with self-owned brand must transform the business strategy, utilize the advanced manufacturing modes and information technologies, and aggregate supply chain’s superior resources. Only by using the methods of information sharing and cooperation to improve productive efficiency and reduce productive cost, can they have a head start on the condition of fierce market competition.By making a thorough analysis on cloud manufacturing, supply chain management and other theories and applications, meanwhile considering the current situation of Chinese automotive industry, the paper presented the operation mode of automotive supply chain(ASC) collaboration based on cloud manufacturing mode, and studied several issues involved manufacturing resource sharing. Firstly, this article analyzed ASC’s development stages, operation mode and synergetic demand. It introduced the idea of on-demand manufacturing resource to ASC management, and systematically described ASC’s collaboration mode from the aspects of service structure, business process, resource sharing and others. Secondly, according to the relationship of competition and cooperation that exists between original equipment manufacturer and supplier under the circumstance of ASC, this paper respectively built the both sides’ basic game model of manufacturing resource sharing, game model introduced by cloud platform management, and both reciprocal game model. Then, the method of system dynamic was used for simulating two participants’ strategy evolutionary contrastively, the influence of different parameter and contact-rate on evolutionary equilibrium were also analyzed. Thirdly, this paper filtered the major factors which impact on manufacturing resource sharing effect of ASC by means of combining literature researches and actual surveys, made a correlation analysis on each factor, constructed the influencing factors system of manufacturing resource sharing effect, and found out factors system’s hierarchical relation. Finally, in the light of influencing factors system above, the paper built the double-process evaluation method oriented by manufacturing resource sharing of auto parts’ suppliers. The theory of polychromatic sets was used for supplier’s platform evaluation in the primary selection; simultaneously, index system assessed for objective supplier’s comprehensive capability was constructed from five dimensions of production, flexibility, quality, logistics and management, two-stage decision model with grey synthetic was employed to select the suppliers involving the scoring, ranking and other detailed operations. The application of these approaches attempted to provide a new way or tool for original equipment manufacturer and other manufacturing resource’s demanders.
