With the construction and propulsion of the smart grid, the traditional power marketing system is facing new challenges. To deal with the new theory and technology that smart grid proposed for electric power marketing, the establishment of a new intelligent marketing system is particularly important.Based on the study of intelligent electric power marketing model and related key technologies, the thesis establishes power marketing system in smart grid environment, including the basic research of electricity price theory and formulation of the price model, the construction of evaluation index system and CSI model which describe satisfaction of electricity customer, and the building of power equipment space data model for electric power marketing domain.The main research work and achievements of this thesis are reflected in the following four aspects:Firstly, based on the background of the construction of smart grid, the thesis establishes the distributed generation access and demand-side management for electric power marketing system. Considering the relationship between electricity price factors in link of power system and based on the principle of equitable burden, the thesis proposes the mathematical model to formulate selling power price which provides basic theory basis for formulation of power price.Secondly, this thesis presents the concept of sensitive coefficientcy of electricity price and establishes different mathematical model of power customers, includeing: commercial and industrial users, residential users, large industrial users and agricultural users. Based on comprehensive analysis of all kinds of power load characteristics, the thesis proposes mathematical model of the relationship between the electric quantity and electric price. Finally the thesis establishes the mathematical model of formulating electric price considering sensitive coefficient of electricity price and power company profits’ maximization, then the thesis provides the simulation analysis.Thirdly, this thesis builds the comprehensive evaluation system of electricity customers’satisfaction to the electric power company and CSI model relying on research of the domestic and international customers’satisfaction. We get the ideal result, using analytic hierarchy process (app.) to calculate the weight vector of the system and adopting single element correction method to judgment matrix which do not satisfy the consistency requirements. Based on the analysis of characteristics of CSI structural equation, the thesis adopts the method of LISREL combined with PLS to test and verifies the model, and obtains a more accurate-satisfaction index. The model provides scientific basis for the electric power marketing decision-making.Lastly, based on the analysis of Power-data characteristics, the thesis establishes a new set of electricity GIS spatial model which is more applicable to the smart grid domain.The model is able to improve the retrieve response speed of client and improve the users’experience. According to the feature of the model, the thesis puts forward R-tree index model based on semantic clustering. The model adopts the method of semantic space mesh generation, further reducing the depth of R-treetop ameliorate the low speed of retrieving massive spatial data, and improves the retrieval response speed of electric customers.
