Study Of The Ancient Literature And Prescribing Rules On The Feibi Feiwei And Pulmonary Fibrosis In Traditional Chinese Medicine

By the methord of literature research, through collecting and systematizing the ancient literature, this article systemically analysed the name, pathogen, pathogenesis, differentiation syndrome, treatment principle, recipe and herbs of Feibi Feiwei and Pulmonary fibrosis, so as to refresh the viewpoint about the pathogenesis property of Feibi and Feiwei based on literature research and theory of TCM.By the method of statistics, through analyzing the frequency, factors and classifi cation of the 350 prescriptions of treating Feibi Feiwei and Pulmonary fibrosis during the ancient time and today, this paper analyzed treatment condition and characters of the times before Song Dynasty, Jin and Yuan Dynasty , Ming Dynasty , Qing Dynasty and the whole TCM on Feibi and Feiwei , Also, the articles analyzed treatment condition of pulmonary fibrosis in modern literature; found the generality between Feibi Feiwei and pulimonary fibrosis; put forward a new hypothesis about Pulmonary fibrosis and a new system of differentiation of symptoms and treatment .All of these provide a new thinking to the standardization treatment of Pulmonary fibrosis in TCM clinical and optimization new laxative.
