| The purpose of this research is, basing on clinical challenges, to fabricate a novel Artificial Compound Substitution Bone Biomaterial (ACSBB) through the combination of the allograft tissue bank technology, the compound artificial bone transplantation theory and tissue engineering fabrication technique. The advantages of the novel ACBSB are not only the cortical bone crude components of bioactive protein, organic and inorganic elements were deserved, but also the 3D structure and formation were controllable.
