| As is known, nitric oxide(NO) has double influences on the disease of asthma: on the one hand, it makes the smooth muscle relaxation by the way of iNANC and its direct effect; On the other hand, it is also important inflammatory mediator and toxic substance, among which the former takes part in immunopathologic process, the letter may cause the damage of epithelial cell and increase of airway reactivity.
