The Study Of The Theory And Clinic And Experiment Of The Kidney Controlling Water

The article concentrates that using the method of the combination of traditional theoretical research and the study of contemporary clinic and experiments,we make theoretical exploration on the theory of the kidney controlling water and do clinical and experimental research ,meaning to reveal the gist of the kidney controlling water. As for the theoretical research,we sum up and analyse the academic origin and evolving tract of the theory of the kidney controlling water by the literary evidence and theoretical exploration.We also inquire into and prove the important problems such as the related concept referring to the kidney controlling water,physiological condition,pathogenic characterics,clinical manifestation,therapeutic principle of the kidney controlling water.In physiological codition ,the kidney controlling water is the result of vigorous qi of the kidney .The kidney controlling water means the combination of essence and water including storing essence and regulating water metabolism.The two functions can be divided but not be separated,at the same time the combination of essence and water is the main material base for the kidney controlling water.The adequancy of essence,qi,blood and fluid of the kidney is based on the essence,qi,blood and fluid of the viscera.In pathogenic condition,the failure of the kidney controlling water will lead to the disease of both essence and water.As fortreatment,the the treatment of the disorders of the kidney controlling water aims to restore the vigorous qi of the kidney ,but due to the different stages of clinical pathogenesis,the concrete threrapeutic method can direct improve the vigorous qi of the kidney which is not the root therapy .The root therapy should start with essence and water,or essence,qi,blood and fluid of the kidney,even essence,qi,blood and fluid of the five zang-organs,to supplement the material base for the exertion of the function of the vigorous qi of the kidney.Therefore,we make further cognition on the theory of the kidney controlling water on the basis of what we now have.In order to know further about the theory of the kidney cotrolling water ,we choose albuminuria due to chronic nephritis in a narrow aspect,and do clinical and experimental reseach on ShenYanYin which is an effective formula.The result indicates that in clinical research ShenYanYin is better than the contrast grouping using JinGuiShenQiWan in the aspect of reducing albuminuria and the whole effect.The experimental result is that ShenYanYin can obiviously reduce albuminuria.We observe the pathogenic changes of the kidney of the little rats in different groups,especially make analyses on the changes of the whole kidneys of the little rats using the image analysing instrument and conclude the result which has statistic meaning.On pathogenic photos we can see direct that the turbidness and swelling of the renal tubule and the enlargement of glomerulus have direct relation with albuminuria ,which verifies the theory of the disease of both essence and water .Furthermore,we make analyses by adding the therapeutic method of hemodialysis for the patient suffering from renal failure to the frame of the kidney controlling water ,and make further interpretation on the theory of the kidney controlling water.
