Studies of cancer have provided evidence that cancer is a disease developed through a process of cytogenetic disorders. Based on this concept, cancer gene therapy has been rapidly developed as alternative to conventional cancer therapy. It is known that activation of proto-oncogene and inactivation of tumor suppressive gene are the most common genetic alternation in tumor, especially the loss of the function of tumor suppressive gene is thought as key step in tumor progression. So the restoration of the function of tumor suppressive gene is a major target of gene therapy for cancer. In addition, studies on tumor cell proliferation showed that cancer results from unlimited growth of a given cell which is often due to a black in the ability of cells to undergo differentiation. It goes without saying, if tumor cells could be induced into differentiation, its malignity may be given up. Recently tumor differentiation therapy has already become a hot spot. Using...
